Henry was feeling blue.

Since becoming king of the toppats, Henry had gotten almost everything he had ever wanted. Mountains of money and treasure, lots of friends that respected and served him(even if they were all criminals but hey so was he), a loyal right hand lady, and no punishment for his crimes since apparently, no government on earth had jurisdiction in outer space.

But, despite everything he had gotten, there was something, or rather someone, Henry knew he could never have.

Charles...

Henry stared at the polaroid picture of the handsome pilot that he had printed out specifically for occasions like this when he missed him.

Despite what everyone thought, the airship mission wasn't the first time they had met.

They had actually known each other as kids, and were even good friends for a while before highschool.

It was then that Henry realized that his feelings of friendship were... something more.

Halfway through their senior year, around Christmas time, Henry had confessed to Charles that he was in love with him, and quite to his surprise, Charles revealed that he actually felt the same way.

The two had then been in a sweet and loving relationship with each other for six wonderful months, before the incident.

The incident where Charles found out that Henry was a thief at heart, and their relationship ended in a messy break-up.

Even though it was difficult... Henry had to accept the fact that Charles no longer loved him, at least, not in the way he had before the incident.

Charles never spoke to him again... at least, not until the airship mission.

When they first met again after a few years, things were pretty awkward, and they both silently decided to stay quiet, lest anyone find out that they had history together.

The mission presented a challenge for henry. If he helped the government take down the toppats, he might earn their respect, and maybe Charles' love back as well?

But, when the previous leader of the toppats surrendered to him, Henry was given two choices. He could either hand the leader over to the government and be pardoned for his crimes, or he could help the toppats get away and become their new leader.

He was strongly leaning towards helping the government, until he looked to the helicopter, and saw Charles.

He still saw distrust and anger in those green eyes.

So something snapped within Henry, and he decided to side with the Toppat clan. He wanted to betray the government, and make them see he wasn't on their side...

And to hurt Charles in the way he had hurt him.

So, he tossed the dummies out the window and became the new leader of the Toppat clan as henry Stickmin, criminal mastermind.

Since then, he'd been captured and taken to the wall, where he'd met his right hand, Ellie. The two of them had worked together to bust out and had become great pals, and they'd worked together again to help the toppats launch the orbital space station.

And that's when Henry had been officially crowned the Toppat king, and started living his life of luxury up in the stars.

But deep down, he regretted not just handing over the leader at the end of the airship mission. Sure, he probably would have just been given the pardon and let go...
