"Mccoy, is going to retire after this movie. So, it is going to be the last movie of McReeve," marahang saad ng manager ko. "You need to go out with Kirk in public after the movie release."

"What? Bakit ko gagawin 'yon?" I eyed my manager sharply.

"And why not? Kirk is famous, he can bring you to the top, Reeve. And he's interested about you, so why not give it a try? You're going to be paired with him after this movie."

Agad akong napahilamos sa mukha ko. I heard that I have an upcoming project after this movie with Mccoy, and if my intuition was right, Kirk is going to be my leading man.

I told Jayde everything. She listened attentively while I'm ranting about what my manager told me.

"What is your decision, then?" Marahang tanong niya.

"If people see us having a dinner or lunch inside a restaurant, it will be a big news. People will talk about us, there will be a lot of roles for us, probably. I don't want to work with him...but..." I frustratedly sigh.

"You need to know him more. Malay mo mabait naman talaga 'yon, inaasar ka lang. But, if he flirts with you, you already know what is your response to him." She ruffles my hair. "Just be professional with him, alright?"

I nodded and scoot over to her and hug her in her stomach.

My last movie with Mccoy was a hit. After the movie, Mccoy announced to the public that he's going to retire, and he's going to marry his non showbiz girlfriend and live a normal life with her without the media. He thanked our fans for their support until the end, he hope that our fans will still support me and to my upcoming projects without him.

A month after Mccoy's announcement the management set up a dinner of me and Kirk. He picked me up and he drove me to the restaurant, people saw us but we pretend that we didn't see them taking pictures. We talked as if like we have our own world. He pulled me a chair, he let me sit first, he called the waiter, and he cracked jokes while we're waiting for our food.

"You know what?" He grins playfully.

"What?" I asks sipping on my glass.

"You look beautiful tonight," he gave me a soft smile.

That's the first time he complimented me with a genuine smile. I nodded and smiled at him.

"Well, you know what's going to happen after this, right? We're going to be the talk of the town." He grinned. "And next month, we're going to announce that we have an upcoming series together." He tapped his finger on the table. "And I'm going to be your new love team," he smirked.

"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" I asks annoyed.

"I'm enjoying this because it's you..."

Natigil siya sa pagsasalita nang dumating ang order namin. Tahimik kaming kumain kahit paminsan minsan nakikita kong sumusulyap sulyap siya sa akin pero hindi ko siya tinapunan nang tingin minsan.

"I'll drive you home," he announced.

"Thanks, but you don't have to be. Someone will pick me up," I said wiping my mouth.

Natigil siya saglit bago tumango.

Sabay kaming lumabas ng restaurant. He offered a ride again, dahil maraming mata ang nakamasid sa amin. Baka may issue na naman na iniwan ako ni Kirk pagkatapos naming kumain sa restaurant. I had no choice, but to get in. I had him dropped me off to my condo.

I texted Jayde that she doesn't need to pick me up. I told her the reason and she understood it. Plano namin sanang magkita ngayon, kahit saglit lang. Dali dali akong pumasok sa condo ko at nagbihis. Nag disguised pa ako para 'di ako makita na sumakay sa kotse ng iba.
