Errors Ahead.

I TOLD Jayde about the offer, and the first thing she asked me if I'm ready to act again. I said, I'd like to try again and she supported me.

She dropped me off at XYXY building before going to the university. Ngayon ang entrance exam niya.

I heave a sigh before entering the building. Today, I'm going to sign a contract, accept the role, meet the cast, meet my new manager and new make up artist.

May kaba pa rin akong nararamdaman pero gusto kong harapin ang takot ko. Kinalabutan pa ako kanina nang may tumitig sa akin na isang lalaki, nanlamig ako bigla pero nilabanan ko ang takot at nagpatuloy sa paglalakad.

I still remember what happened two months ago, how Kirk almost rape me. But, I need to move forward, I don't want to be scared anymore.

"Welcome to XYXY Family!"

I signed the contract and they gave me a warm welcome.

I smiled and nodded at them. This is it, this is my new beginning. I will never let anything happen to me again like what happened to me last time.

They introduced me to my new manager. She's taller than me probably, she has the same height With Jayde. She looks younger, probably same age with Jayde.

"Hi, I'm your new manager." She smiled and extended me her hand. "Just call me Mel."

I accepted her hand. I smiled at her.

After that, they gave me a copy of the script. Minor role lang naman ang gaganapan ko kaya 'di masiyadong mahaba ang mga linya. I think I can master these lines this week. Kaunti lang din naman ang screen time ko every episode.

Next month na kasi ang start nang shoot kaya nagmamadali sila ngayon.

We had a brief meeting before the management dismiss us. Nakipag picture pa ako sa mga co-stars ko bago tuluyang umalis ng building. They are so nice to me, they even followed me on Instagram and Twitter.

Nagkasabay kami ni Mel sa loob ng elevator. I nodded at her and smiled.

"Going home already?" She asks.

"Yeah, I need to rest," I replied.

Tumango siya at hindi na nagsalita ulit.

Habang nasa loob ng elevator, biglang tumawag si Mommy.

"Mom, are you outside? Palabas na ako."

Narinig ko siyang bumuntong hininga sa kabilang linya.

"Anak, I can't fetch you. Nasiraan ako, inaayos pa. Mga 2 hours pa daw bago matapos."

Hindi rin ako pwedeng magpasundo kay Jayde dahil may exam 'yon. Dad is not around. Reevon is still a minor.

Hindi ko rin kasi dala ang sasakyan ko dahil nasira no'ng nakaraan, at hanggang ngayon ay nasa shop pa rin.

"It's okay, magko commute na lang muna ako ngayon, Mom." I replied.

Ramdam ko ang tingin ni Mel sa akin pagkatapos kong ibaba ang tawag. Lumingon ako sa kaniya.

"You don't have your car?" Tanong niya.

Tumango ako. "Nasira kasi. Pinapaayos pa."

Tumitig siya sa akin saglita bago ulit nagsalita. "I can give you a ride, pauwi na rin naman ako. Saan ba kita ihahatid?"

"Are you sure?" Paninigurado ko.

"Of course, sumabay ka na sa akin. Para rin makilala natin ang isa't-isa." Ngumiti siya.
