The next few days I actually was starting to feel a lot better. I started having more energy, and I wasn't so tired all the time. Joe was definitely a huge factor as to why I started to feel this way. He was helping me so much. Because of him i've been eating three meals a day, and while doing that has had its ups and downs, I've started feeling a lot healthier.

For the first time today, I actually got out of bed and willingly went to make myself breakfast. Joe was still fast asleep and either me or this baby was starving, because I knew I needed food now.

I headed downstairs and stood in the kitchen for a while debating what I wanted to eat.

"What do you want baby? Mommy can't decide so you have to choose for me." I said looking down at my stomach.

Unfortunately there was no response on the baby's end, and I had to decide myself.

"Alright then, how about avocado on toast? Does that sound good?" Again, unfortunately there was no answer.

"Ok well avocado toast it is." I laughed as I started to make it for myself.

When I finished making it I sat down at the table to start eating while I scrolled through a bunch of emails.

Joe eventually came downstairs looking very much still asleep, but somehow still functioning.

"Morning baby" He said in his deep early morning voice as he rubbed his eyes and kissed my head. "Wait you're having breakfast?!" He asked as he suddenly woke up a little more.

"Mhm, baby was hungry" I shrugged and smiled.

"Taylor I'm so proud of you, it's only been a few days and look how far you've come already."

"I know... honestly I really didn't expect this, but I can't thank you enough, you've helped me more then you will ever know."

Joe smiled and kissed the top of my head as he went to go make himself breakfast as well.

"Oh merry Christmas eve by the way!" Joe said with a huge grin on this face. He loved Christmas so much, and I couldn't blame him, so did I, it's definitely my favourite holiday.

"Merry Christmas eve!" I said before taking the last bite of my toast.

"Do you need to do any more last minute shopping before everyone comes today?" He asked as he spread avocado on his toast.

"I think I'm all good, you?"

"I'm done too, we should probably clean up a little before people come though."

"You say that like there's a lot of people coming, it's only my mom and brother." I laughed as I put my plate into the dishwasher.

"Isn't Austin bringing his girlfriend?"

"Oh yeah actually he is, still though it's only three people." I said as I wondered over to the fridge to look at the ultrasound picture that was stuck up. I had my first proper doctors appointment yesterday and I haven't stopped staring at this photo since.

Joe and I both decided we didn't like sticking anything on the fridge because it would get too messy very quickly, but we ended up agreeing that baby was definitely fridge worthy.

"We need to hide everything that's baby related." Joe said taking a bite of his toast.

"Awww does that mean this has to come down." I said taking the photo off the fridge and looking at it closer.

"Yes it does." Joe said as he laughed. "It also means no baby books can be out, and you should probably change your lock screen."

"Oh Joe we're telling them today anyway I don't think I need to change my lock screen, plus look how cute it is!!" I said as I tapped my phone and showed him.
