4. Bouquet of Apology

Taehyung's pov

This was the most stressful 1 hr of my life. I could not just concentrate. My mind was tossing over the question"what will happen now ?" I'll be the one and only reason if we fail to get the deal.

Now it's time for the results. Uncle and Miss Shin were discussing something seriously.

"Ok so..." she began and my toes inside the shoes curled due to nervousness.

"I think it would be a great if both the companies work together for this project and it's a yes from me." she spoke.

I was not expecting that. I am surly happy that we got the deal but she recognized me so is she trying to say that she did a pity on me?? No no no... I am over-analyzing things

She left the room while talking to Uncle. Everyone soon left the room leaving me and Jimin alone. I glared hard at him before speaking." Why didn't you stop me if you knew already that she is going to be the dealer?" "how could I ? you were not letting me speak. Beside I was very scared myself to speak" he explained

"are you scared of a woman?" I asked narrowing my eyes

"Why...don't act smart now, I saw your face when she entered, you looked all pale. My mom says that we should be scared of Miss Shin's kind of women." he left me speechless. just then Uncle barged in and he looked angry. We both stood from our chair.

"Taehyung...what you did in the morning?" he asked

"I-I...-" "you shouted on a canteen worker and then argued with Miss Shin" he answered the question himself. "Uncle who told you this?" I asked out of curiosity

"Jin told me"..... aish...reason why i don't like Uncle's secretary Jin, he literally tells each and every move of mine to Uncle. "Uncle if I knew that she was Miss Shin, I would have never talked liked that, in fact i would have apologized for everything"

"Well now that you know her, Go and apologize" he ordered

"what!! why??" i was shocked... no way i am going to come in front of her eyes ever again.

"Taehyung how could you be so careless, you know- our company can generate 15% more profit by just letting her company launch there products from our platform. We will be working as a team now, so go and do as i say,Take this ! " he explained while I just listened like a good child.

Jin came forward with a devilish grin on his face and extended the bouquet. I snatched the flowers while glaring at him.

I went to the cabin which was specially prepared for her. I was standing in front of the door preparing what to say. I saw through the glass frame beside the door. She took off her heels and went towards the sofa, sat there and started massaging the back of her neck. A smile erupted on my lips. Not gonna lie, she is beautiful, and looks cute with that tired face.

Gosh.. FOCUS..

I knocked the door. "Come in "

I entered and looked at her only to find her already looking at me with a straight face. I smiled and continued "Miss Shin"

"yes Mr. Kim?"

"I-ah...can I have a moment of yours?" Gosh why am I nervous?

"Sure" she signaled me to sit on the sofa in front of her. We sat.

".....Well Miss Shin I am not a person who can twist things and talk sweet, I'll say it straight"

"ok" and she smirked....she knows why am i here....

"I want to apologize for my rude behavior from the morning. We are going to work as a team so it would be better if we don't start this partnership with any conflicts " I said it in one breath repeating exactly what Uncle said.
