8:30 AM Taehyung's POV I felt someone shaking me, I stretched and yawned, clearing my vision. "APPAAA!!!" Soojin screamed. I hugged her and pulled her on sofa, "Shh...what happened princess?"
She freed herself and said "I am getting late for school, GET UP!"
"Don't go today" "Why?" Another voice said. I raised myself from sofa, turned around and found Y/N!!! I straighten myself and asked "What are you doing here?" " preparing breakfast for Soojin"
"You don't have to do that "
"Yes I had to...now get ready and drop her " she turned me around and pushed me towards the bedroom.
Author's Pov As soon as Taehyung came in his room he chuckled at Y/N's behaviour. Her caring side was new to him. He got dressed and came out. "My head is heavy" he complaint. Y/N was toasting a bread. She looked up at his words. "Lemon tea is on the table" she said pointing on the cup of brown liquid. This type of care was new to both Taehyung and Soojin. Taehyung was always the one making breakfast for Jennie and Soojin. He sat and looked at the tea. "Appa, I am getting late, tie my shoes..!!!" Soojin whined while pointing at her open shoelaces. Y/N stepped forward and tied them. She smiled and said,"Done". "Unnie,you are so sweet, Thank you" Soojin said giggling. Now Taehyung got jealous, he got up and said, "But I am the one who is going to drop you school so thank me too" he gave a side eye look to Y/N. Soojin grabbed his hand pulled him out of the house. "Then let's go.." He took the keys leaving Y/N alone at home. She sighed in tiredness. This was new to her but she always wanted to do this, taking care of her child, getting her ready for the school, she had dreamt such a day with Jungkook . She looked at her phone for message and found one. She read through it. Her grip on phone got tight and her jaws clenched.

Y/N entered with quick steps, her face was serious and rage filled in her eyes. There sat an old lady, she looked miserable and tired , she was looking blankly at the floor. Y/N came and sat beside her at one chair distance. The lady looked at her and her eyes shined. Tears filled her eyes. She smiled wildly. "Y/N" she said while softly keeping her hand on Y/N's shoulder. Y/N yanked off her hand and kept looking at the wall. " Please talk to me, sweety" the lady said with pain in her voice.
"What should I talk about?!!" Y/N said rudely "Your father is at his death bed. You don't want to see him"
"It disgusts me have him as my father. Mother."
"Doctors said that he had two months to live."
"So what?... For six years you didn't even think about me..now that your husband is at his deathbed, all of a sudden you remembered that you have daughter. Truly selfish" Y/N blurted out while anger and tears filled her eyes. She continued..."you kept quiet over his every cruelty towards me. Neither did you fight him back. Always stayed quiet to his every wrong decision,never supported me.Now that you know he going to die and you will be left alone you want your daughter. What should I conclude from this?"
Her mother broke into tears. She said between her tears. "I kept quiet because I knew that if I tried to stand against him, he will either kill me or do something really bad to you. I kept quiet to protect you." She stopped to catch her breathe and continued. " He didn't like you from the day you were born, you were born weak. A large amount of money could only save you. He did not wanted to spent money thinking that you are a girl. I arrange some money for you but they weren't enough. So I gave that cash to a fortune teller and asked him tell you father that you will gain tremendous success and prosperity. Your father got greedy and he started spending money on you. He thought you as a 'return on investment' thing. Whenever he used to beat you I remained silent. I was not afraid to die, I was worried that if I die you will be left alone with that cruel man. That day when you were leaving home. I didn't stop you cause I wanted you to leave that house, achieve your dreams. I wanted to keep you safe. But still if you think I did wrong then I am sorry."
Y/N looked at her speechless. She was confused now what she think of her mother. Selfish or protective. She took a deep breath and said," you kept quiet for more than 26 years, you kept this away from me, I don't know what should I do now."
They didn't talked and silence flooded between them for an hour. Both were thinking of their life. Suddenly Y/N said, " what do you want from me now?" " I want my daughter back to me, I don't want anything else, I want to stay with you, you are my home Y/N"
Y/N looked at her and said, " then do me a favour" "Anything for you, but not as a favour, what I have to do" mother said wiping her tears.
