8. Grudges of the past

Y/N turned her head towards the voice only to find Jennie already narrowing her eyes at her,
Y/N smirked and Jennie's eyes widen. Both the ladies recognised each other.

Taehyung POV

"Jen, come here join us," I said pulling her to the chair beside me,
Her eyes were concentrated on Miss Shin.
"Nice to meet you Miss Jennie Kim" She said,
Do they know each other? That's funny how my family knows her but not me.
Jennie was not responding so I nudged her elbow but then Jen said, "Wow fate finally brought us together again"
What fate? I am puzzled now.

Author's Pov

"I have to accept the fact that you are always present as unluck in every chapter of my life ". Y/N smiled and said.
"Let's see what new misery you bring this time," Y/N Sai leaning against the chair.
Jennie scoffed...

10 years back......

Y/N was walking towards her class keeping her head down, wishing to not see them.
"Hey nerdy ass, did you just ignore us?" A boy said grabbing her backpack and pulling her towards him,
Y/N struggled and freed herself,
"Sorry" she said while bowing.
"It's ok but I am hungry, go grab a burger and a soft drink for me" Said a girl from that group,
Y/N did not move,
"Can't you listen, our Jennie is hungry, bring what she says," said a girl beside Jennie..

Jennie Kim was very popular in the college for her confidence and beauty, this confidence of her later changed into bullying, Y/N was her easiest target, cause being an introvert, she never used to talk much....
"I have a class to attend" Y/N said slowly with her head low.

Jennie stepped ahead and gritted her teeth while saying,
"I see, you have gained courage to fight back,huh?"
Y/N did not even budged but her shoulder shrink with fear,
Jennie suddenly grabbed her hair harshly and threw her on the floor. "Go grab something for me,Asshole"

"Leave her babe, she is of no use," said her boyfriend, Alex.
The group went away leaving Y/N all miserable,

A boy and a girl rushed towards her and asked "are you okay?"
"I hate her, what she thinks of herself,huh?" said the girl,
"Lisa, leave it,....Hey come with us" said the boy,

From that day Namjoon,Lisa and Y/N became best friends,
All three best friends graduated and decided to start a company together.
Y/n used to observe Jennie at times, her boyfriends changed frequently, a boy not more than 1 week, She could figure out  nature of Jennie.

At present.....

"Taehyung,who is she? Jennie said, "oh well, this is Miss Shin, Our partner in the current project." Taehyung answered.

"Nice to see that after so many hits in college you finally got married, I thought you will never get a husband"Y/N said smirking,

"What do you mean?" She said get angry, while Taehyung was all blank and numb by now,

"Nothing just happy to see you settled in life" Y/N smiled.

"Taehyung, you know a French movie, 'Price',?" Y/N asked out of nowhere,

Taehyung's face lit a bit, "Yeah, a wonderful movie, that was a box office hit". He said with excitement. "What is it about?" Jennie asked in between.

"Well it's a story of a woman, a prostitute who can do anything to reach higher in her career"Y/N explain.
"Jennie, you should watch it, I think you'll like it" Y/N said again sipping her red wine.
Jennie chuckled in anger,"what do want to say? Huh?" She said with a louder voice. Taehyung was again  not able to understand anything.
"Nothing, it's just a good movie" Y/N said casually,
Jennie grabbed the glass of red wine from Taehyung's hand and threw it on her dress, "Bitch" she mumbled ,
"Jen, what was that?" Taehyung got hella angry and said,
Y/N chuckled and said gaining the attention of the couple.
"What an idiot you are to throw red wine over a black dress"
Jennie's eyes widen and the next moment, her white top was covered with red wine, She could not speak anything.
Y/N got up and said" thanks of the lunch Mr Kim, good food," She turned and walked away with her bossy steps.
Taehyung held his head and asked "Were you both enemies at some point in time?"
Jennie nodded while her eyes getting darker seeing the disappearing figure of Y/N.
"Fucking Bitch!, Why is she even here?!" she said under her breathe.
