"Clear."

Lino pressed on his earpiece, speaking quietly. "I'm entering now."

He reloaded his gun, and looked up at the side entrance, counting four guards that were patrolling the area.

"Are you sure we shouldn't call the police?"

Lino let out a quiet sigh, turning his head to look at the anxious boy. "We already discussed this, Chan. As soon as the police come, Peniel will either flee with Jisung or kill him. We have to find him first before the police arrive."

Chan nodded, a worried look still plastered on his facial expressions.

"Stay focused, Chan. Only enter once I've given a safe signal."

The boy ran off before Chan could say another word, sneaking past the guards after quietly knocking one of them out.

"Mingi, did he get in alright?" Hongjoong asked over the speaker.

Mingi, who was surveilling the cctv footage and go pro cameras from back at the base, dragged out a "yup", making San and Wooyoung groan simultaneously.

"Stop doing that, will you?" Wooyoung groaned, followed by an "ow" as Seonghwa smacked the back of his head. "Stay focused."

"Sure, sure. We're just waiting for Lino to call us, anyway."

"Still, you never know what can happen."

"Lino will be fine," Wooyoung waved it off. "He's always been the best of us."

"Let's hope so," Seonghwa muttered under his breath.

Meanwhile, Lino was searching through the hallways of the building. He searched each hallway, each room and each corner carefully, he didn't want to miss anything. Because of this, it took him over half an hour to clear one floor, but things were better safe than sorry. He had to be careful and thorough in order to find Jisung safely.

Eventually, he reached the last room of the second floor. His body was screaming for rest, but his head and heart told him otherwise. He couldn't rest in a situation like this.

So he pulled through, turning the last door knob in the floor quietly, opening it slowly and peeking through the gap. He completely opened the door once he saw the contents of the room.

He tapped his earpiece after letting out a shaky breath. "Guys, I found him. Invade the place."

He closed the door carefully behind him before running up to the curled up shirtless boy in the back of the cold room.

The room was almost pitch black, so he had to blink a couple times for his eyes to get adjusted to the dark. When they did, he was met with a pair of half-closed, teary and tired eyes.

"Hyung.." the boy barely managed to open his lips to speak, but seeing the boy in front of him gave him the motivation to do so.

Lino couldn't speak a word, and instead scanned his eyes over the boy's body. Cuts varying in different sizes and depth were scattered all across Jisung's pale, now mostly red covered skin.

He slowly reached out to hold onto the weak boy's chin with his shaking hand. He carefully lifted his head, taking a better look at the younger's face. His lips were swollen and chapped, with dry blood formed on his bottom lip.

His focus then diverted to the boy's neck, to which had evident choke marks and a few bruises, which Lino knew exactly what they were.

He turned around swiftly, pulling out his gun and aiming it towards a black figure in the corner of the room. The room was large and dark, so he didn't originally see the figure when he had first entered the room.
