You know, more meaty, less... rabbity" Landon said giving them the food as they laughs "it's food, man" Rafael said handing it out "I'm good" Landon said "agree would rather drink animal blood and I hate it" Evelyn said. "Thanks for sticking with me" Landon told them "Nowhere else I'd rather be, bro"Rafael said "besides you all would be dead without me" Evelyn told them "I don't know. That school was good for both of you" Landon said "Lan, you run, we run, period" Rafael told him and Evelyn nodded. "She hates me, doesn't she?" Landon asked "Hope? Probably" Rafael said "if it brings you any comfort she's probably not thing about you" Evelyn told her. "You want to explain why you kept lying to her? Why you lied to us" Rafael asked "that's the problem. I can't. Every time I try to put it into words, all I can say is it's like the knife wanted me to steal it. And then it wanted me to lie" Landon explained "knives don't have conscious thoughts, brother" Rafael told him "this is a crazy world" Evelyn pointed out and Landon nodded agreeing "I know, but knives don't usually attract dragons either" Landon continued. "Um, well, what's done is done. It's not like you're ever gonna see her again anyway. Hey, hey... it's just the three of us. Living off the land. Nothing better" Rafael tried to cheer him up "a burger. A burger would be better" Landon told them "A burger would be better" They all laugh "Hey, I got an idea... to make some money. Put your new werewolf skills to work. You in?" Landon asked and Evelyn got up "well you guys do whatever crazy idea you have I'm going out for a while" she said them vamp speed away. "Where is she going?" Rafael asked "with Evelyn you never know come on let's go"

"Hey" Evelyn said as a woman came into the house. The woman was startled and had a terrified expression when she saw Evelyn. "Who are you and what are you doing in my house?!" She asked reaching her bag to get something but Evelyn gets to her first "leave your things and sit down on the couch" she compelled her. "How are you making me do this and how did you move so fact?" The woman sat down "a long story something you'd forget or killed so no point in explaining" Evelyn told her "wait kill me?" She repeated terrified "you're a therapist right?" Evelyn asked "well I am in training like a med student I'm a collage student" she explained "well that would do I have a problem that needs a second option" Evelyn told her "it's about this girl well she's not just a girl she's like the most powerful being in the universe. Anyway her name is Hope"

Evelyn told her about her history between Hope. She explained how they met. The events that lead up to her leaving and writing that later. She also told her about how she left Hope standing in the fields all alone. "So like what should I do? Like what if she hates me not a what if she probably hates me. I have like no idea what to do. Do I get her flowers? Sing her a song... or a poem? Get her a new ring?" Evelyn rambled "how about you just say sorry and tell her the truth?" The woman suggested. "Well that's a good advice but I always tell the truth" Evelyn told her lying on the floor "if I am right you never did tell her the truth about why you left" She said "yeah well I was a ripper I am a ripper do you know how much energy it takes for me not to drink you dry right now. She deserves someone better who is in control" Evelyn explained "like Landon?" The woman asked "I mean yes even though there's a chance his possessed, but I see they way he looks at her and she deserves someone has good as him" Evelyn answered. "Yes she does but does Hope see Landon the same why Landon sees her?"

"I don't know" Evelyn told her standing up to go in the kitchen opening the freeze and getting lemonade "yeah just help yourself" the woman said "why thank you" Evelyn went to sit back. The woman was standing up then trip her head hitting the table and Evelyn smelt it. She smelt BLOOD. It was small yet had such an effect on her it was driving her crazy. She tried and tried but no matter how hard she tried she couldn't resist the urge and she vamped her into the corner. The woman was to terrified to scream as Evelyn was about to sneak her teeth in her neck then she felt a presence. It was warm and familiar she turned around and saw Hope. "Hope?" She whispered confused and then she vanished. Evelyn got a bad feeling about Landon and Rafael, so she compelled the girl to forget everything that happen and went to look for her idiotic friends.

She goes to the woods and with her super hearing and senses she hears and smells their scent, then she vamps towards them. "Come on, Raf Let's go and find Evelyn so we can leave" Landon told him "why?" Rafael asked chuckling "wow glad to know how you feel" Evelyn appearance make them jump "dude you need to stop doing that" Landon said holding her chest "what it's funny" Evelyn joked "besides you know that's not what I meant and by the way we know you are a supernatural so what exactly are you?" Rafael asked "well I am a half bread of a wolf and a vampire" Evelyn told her "so like Hope?" Landon asked "well kind off anyway where are we going?" Evelyn asked "away from here" Landon told them quickly packing what little they have. "Yo, this is a perfectly good spot, bro" Rafael said "we should keep moving" Landon told them "mm. Nah. No, no, I'm not going anywhere until you tell me what's up" Rafael said getting frustrated "actually Raf maybe we should leave" Evelyn said sensing something, but Rafael looked at her confused "like right no-" then a  whooshing sound and Landon went down "Lan. Lan" Rafael called but went down next growling. Evelyn couldn't really pin point it but she knew they went far. She tried to listen or small but then whoosh and something was in her neck and very painful. She was losing her consciousness falling down and then she started losing her breath.

It hurt so much why can't I breathe? Is this supposed to happen? Just like that day the day I lost Hayley. I couldn't save them as I couldn't save her. It's getting harder and harder to breathe. "Shit a panic attack" Breathe and think of something happy. Hope. Breathe and think about Hope you're fine it's not like last time you're not there. You're fine. And everything turned black.

Evelyn woke up to the sound of Landon and Rafael calling her name. She looked around and saw dead bodies. "That's just creepy even for me" she voiced out in disgust. She tried to break free from the chains but they were covered in Vervain. She didn't want to show any pain to worry the guys so she kept silent. Suddenly footsteps where heard and they were all one edge only Evelyn relaxed when she saw the man ."Relax. Both of you" the man told them "I am not here to hurt you. " "who are you?" Landon asked  "your new best friend. How did you get caught up in this mess?" He asked "what can I say Jeremy this situations always find me"

"A werewolf hunter. Is that really a thing?" Landon asked as they all got released from the chains "yes unfortunately they are quite annoying" Evelyn told him looking at Jeremy "no offence" " sure you're new to this. You probably think that being supernatural gives you the upper hand. It doesn't. This world is a scary place for someone like you, especially when you're dumb enough to use your powers in public" He explained to the boys "wait you used your powers in public?!" Evelyn shouted at them "this is what happens when I'm gone for one minute" "it was more than a minute" Landon mumbled. 

"So, what, you go around saving new werewolves or what Mr. Jeremy? Landon asked "just Jeremy. I've known Alaric since I was a kid, and now I work for him sometimes. He told me to track you and make sure that you stay out of trouble, which, apparently, you suck at. And that note? That was supposed to scare you to safety" Jeremy told them "note? " Rafael asked "bruh this is twice" Evelyn commented "I'm gonna go grab the shovels. Once we bury the body, I'll bring you both back to school" Jeremy said excusing himself  "What happened to 'no more lies'?" Rafael asked "like Hope said 'people lie'" Evelyn said shaking her head. "You gave up a lot coming out here with me. We were having fun today... The kind of fun you haven't let yourself have since Cassie died. When I saw the note and knew it was all gonna go to hell, I just... I just froze. I'm... I'm sorry, Rafael. I'm sorry. You should go with him. Honestly, you're probably better off without me anyway" Landon told him which earned a  sigh from Rafael "and just like that I am forgotten" Evelyn said "I never thanked you for that. After Cassie... you were there both of you. Like, all in. It might not have seemed like I appreciated it. I did. So let's do what we got to do here. Then let's go back to school. They don't want us there. we're not going without you" Rafael told him "do I not get a say in this" She mumbled.

"So you will be rooming with Hope again just try not to kill each other" Alaric told Evelyn "I think you should be telling Hope that" She said heading to the exist "Evelyn" Alaric stopped her "just so you know the next time you try something like that in the cellar there'll be a wood in your heart" which only made Evelyn chuckle "we both know you can't cause if you hurt me Hope will kill you besides you need me a hybrid and a tribid walking together to defeat a great evil, and plus between you and I. I'm the better hunter. Talk to you later Alaric" Evelyn closed the door and as she was walking she saw Hope and they lock eyes. Her eyes were cold but portrayed sadness which Evelyn felt guilty about. Hope broke the eye contact by walking away "oh this will be fun"
