Evelyn saw Hope walking out of Emma's office and decided to go pay her a visit. "So how was it in tartarus?" Evelyn asked now walking beside Hope "it wasn't that bad we talked about some... things" She said blushing before any of them could say anything they saw Rafael ordering the wolves around and unfortunately for Evelyn Hope went to him. "Perks of being an alpha. Bunch of people you get to boss around" Hope said to him trying to make conversation "more like a bunch of shadows waiting to be told what to do" Rafael said trying to get rid of her and throwing small glares at Evelyn. "Who put you on party duty?" Hope asked "I volunteered. What do you want? I'm busy" Rafael told her "listen, Raf, I know you're mad at me for sending Landon away, but... I promise you, it was for his own good" Hope explained "you've known him for two minutes, and you know what's good for him?" Rafael stated "and I have know him almost has long has you and there was no way he'd survive here not when people think he doesn't belong here" Evelyn told him "I know that I want him to be safe. Listen, Raf, I just came here to apologize. And I thought maybe if... I don't know, if you needed someone to talk to... Whatever" Hope said walking away.  "Actually, um... Evelyn saw Penelope come out of the twins room and when she saw their sad faces she was able to strangle Penelope knowing she had something to do with this. "What got you so gloomy?" She asked making her presence known "great we just got free from satan now the traitor is her" Lizzie said you could hear the frustration in her tone "she just told us our mother wouldn't be able to make it" Josie told her "How the hell did she know?" Evelyn asked but Josie just shrugged in reply "anyway I got you guys presents" She gave them the gift basket full of snacks and individual bags. Lizzie face bright up when she saw her favourite perfume and a lavender coloured candle "just so you know this doesn't change anything. I still hate you" Lizzie said "you are welcome" Evelyn said then looked at Josie opening her gift. "Awe thank you so much" Josie squealed hugging Evelyn as she got a pirate stuffed panda bear and a pride pin "you are very welcome" She said to josie then turned to Lizzie "that's how you act when someone give you a gift" "thank you" Lizzie mumbled and if Evelyn didn't have super hearing then she wouldn't have cut it "I'm sorry what did you say?" Evelyn teased her and received a glare in return which made her laugh "have a great birthday twins" she said leaving.

Evelyn came just in time to see Hope teach Rafael how to dance "So, the emcee will then announce Lizzie and her escort" Hope said "her what?" Rafael asked "kind of like at a, a debutante ball" Hope explained Rafael still not getting it "I grew up in foster care" Rafael said "and his not exactly a fancy man" Evelyn announced her presence which made Rafael jumped "why do you always do that" Rafael said calming down "you'd get used to it" Hope said "any way  they had stairs, didn't they? So, you're gonna meet her halfway down" "how do you know all this stuff?" Rafael asked "one of my aunts has been around for more than a thousand years. This kind of thing is her jam" Hope told him "ah yes Rebekah though she's a terrible cook for someone who had over thousands of years to learn" Evelyn pointed out "I'm sure she'll be glad to her that" Hope commented and fear was shown across Evelyn face which made Hope laugh "don't worry I'm not that cruel" she said.

"So, what, I just stand here?" Rafael asked "then you take her arm. Sort of like you're putting yours on top. Yeah, like that. And then you descend together. And now you bow" Hope showed him and he chuckled "yeah, you're messing with me" Rafael said "you think this is bad? You know it's only gonna get worse, right? Lizzie Saltzman has been planning her sweet since she was five. You probably should've thought twice before asking to be her date" Hope told him "yeah she made a whole slide show about how she wanted it to go" Evelyn said "well, I didn't ask her. All I know is that I can't let her down now" Rafael told them and it hit Evelyn like a truck "wait you didn't" Evelyn stated and he had a guilty express "what? Why?" Hope asked "because I slept with her, Hope" Rafael confessed "yup this is definitely not going to end well" Evelyn blurts out.
