Leave me lots of comments! I love reading them :D :D

Ooh and! Thanks for 2k votes <3

AND!!!

It's supposed to be MASQUERADE BALL and not Mascaraed ball. LoL don't know how many times auto correction changed the word but, I can't be bothered reading the whole thing again.

~~~SHEHRY's POV~~~
I have no clue how people become so rich to first build and then maintain places like this. Right now, I stood outside the Grand Hotel, where the Masquerade ball was being held.
I fixed my tie and pulled out the ring that peacefully sat inside a small red box. I glanced at it and smiled before closing the box and shoving it back in my pocket. Few more hours.
I felt nervous stepping inside the hall but, that nervousness vanished the moment my eyes fell on Asmaara. She looked stunning in the dark blue fabric, that gracefully draped over her curves. The dress fell down to her ankles the slit on the right side, showed off her high heels. Her hair was rolled up in a bun to compliment her diamonds. A silver mask covered her eyes, matching her hand cuffs and the silver embroidery on her dress' long sleeves.
Mah-Shah-Allah.
I observed her while she chatted with someone until the person finally excused themselves. When I decided to approach her, she had her back towards me.
"Hey beautiful," I whispered near her ear and she spun around with her mouth half open. Despite her mask, that covered almost three quarters of her face, I didn't fail to notice the gloss in her eyes. She didn't smile at me; rather she looked .... Surprised?
"You recognised me?" She let out a short, nervous laugh and I shook my head.
Tumhein toh aakhein band kar ke bhi pehchan sakta hoon.
"Erm.. You look- uh..," I was suddenly at the loss of words. How can someone look so stunning?
"You.. Um-"
"Thank you," her whisper beat me instead. She blushed and acted like she was fixing her dress.
"What? Why?" I asked, pulling my eyebrows together and she giggled. "For the compliment that you almost gave me."
Acha Ji?
"How could you be sure that I was going to give you a compliment you?" I asked and teasingly raised an eyebrow.
Pressing her lips together, she lowered her eyes. "Fine," she shrugged and turned around.
I couldn't control the muscles in my arm. They just pushed my hand forward and I wrapped my fingers around her delicate wrist. She gasped at the touch but, quickly covered it with a smile.
"I was just-"
"Kidding?" She completed my sentence, "I know."
I rolled my eyes, sheepishly, and dragged her to the dance floor that was hardly 2 feet away from us. To my surprise, she was the one to place my free hand on her waist. I couldn't help but, smile when her's gently rested on my shoulder.
~Ae humnava, mujhe apna bana le
sukhee pade dil ki is zameen ko bheega de
hoon akela zara haath badha de
sukhee pade dil ki is zameen ko bheega de~
We slowly danced to the slow music. I led the way and she followed, looking straight into my eyes. Taking her hand, that rested on my shoulder, I slowly spun her around, still holding on to her other hand. With her back again my chest and her hands in mine, we slowly swayed side to side under the dim light. In that moment, there was no one around us. It was our moment.
