Well well busy weekend.

~~~PREET'S POV~~~
The breakfast was rather silent. Hussain didn't talk to me, I didn't talk to him and Shehry hadn't said a word since last night. I saw his lights flicker on and off from my balcony until I finally gave up and went to bed. I am sure he didn't sleep last night and his mind wasn't as quite as he looked right now. There must be a million things going on inside his head but, he won't ever voice them.
Hussain should have talked to him; I just know that their short one on one chat can solve this problem. I know Hussain can talk Shehry into anything and he is the only one Shehry will ever open up to. But, how will that happen when Hussain himself doesn't want to discus this topic? In fact, he was the one who pre-poned Shehry's ticket to tonight.
Once I helped bhabhi in the kitchen, I decided to head upstairs and pack my bags too. I stopped in front of Shehry's room first and sighed, seeing him fiddling with his last minute packing. Shall I talk to him? Hussain is in our room so, he wouldn't know if I did. Last night, my constant requests had pissed him off so much and now we are not even talking.
Hmph.
"Main help kar doon?" I asked when I realised Shehry was stuffing his shirts in randomly. He looked up and shook his head, "I'll be fine."
Okay.....
"So, where to?" I asked, pulling out the shirts again and folding them. Yeah, maan wali main bhi nahi hoon. He huffed and moved to the pile of gifts that he had bought for Maha, Ami and baba.
"Home," he replied shortly after and I silently nodded.
"Bhaag rahe ho?" I am pretty sure my questions were bothering him because his body visibly stiffened this time. "Bhaag toh pehle raha tha.... Uske peechey."
"Shehry, you know you are the mature one here, right? Tumhe toh samjhna chahiye usse," I said, zipping one of the black suitcases and he sighed. "Teen saal se samjh hi toh raha tha."
"Toh ek baar... Ek baar aur sahi?" I suggested, strongly hoping for him to understand.
"Nahi yaar. Not this time."
~~~HUSSAIN's POV~~~

I wore my wrist watch and headed downstairs. I had only been there for breakfast and then came back upstairs to avoid faking smiles and chats. I was clearly not in the mood for any of that after what happened yesterday.

I spent my entire night thinking about Asmaara. How can someone be so selfish and heartless? I understand that after a rough relationship it's hard for her to blindly trust someone but, not even giving a chance to Shehry? It's just so unfair . I don't care about her history anymore; I just don't like that girl now.

"Oh wow! That's a brilliant news Khan Saahb," I heard Preet's tau ji's voice when I reached the end of the staircase. Preet slightly looked up at me and I frowned.

"We will definitely come," uncle said to the man who was facing away from me. I looked at Shehry and found him staring at me already. He looked away and so did I. Who is this man?

"There is a small function tonight. We had to make quick arrangements because Asmaara wanted her friends to be there too," the man, in the black blazer, said. Wait, this man was Asmaara's dad?

"Jee zaroor, Preet will definitely come," uncle said, looking at Preet and she nodded. "Preet hi kyun? Ab toh Hussain aur... Shehry bhi hein," Asmaara's dad added, looking at Shehry and I clenched my fists. Really now?
