Akk POV

I was so happy today. Extreme happiness. I got Judo practice after school, so I have to go home after a while than usual days. But my heart flutters to talk to him. HIM.

"Akk, you seem so radiant", our Judo master commented on my bright face.

"No master", I lied.

"Okay, do the warm-up and better be winning this year's Judo tournament."

In this year's Judo tournament, I am going to represent my school I have been preparing hard for that. That would add extra credentials to my resume for my university.

After a heavy practice, I was about to go to my dorm. I was surprised by what I have seen there.

Ayan. He is here on the school premises, even after school. I noticed him and went to him. "Hey, Shortstop! Have you not gone home yet"

"No, I am here to pick up my boyfriend, Bigfoot", he answered sarcastically.

"Say, who is your boyfriend, I will let you find him", I teased him.

"Actually, my boyfriend is the school president, so everyone knew him"

"Is it?"

"Yeah. Come on I will leave you at your dorm, Akk", he said to me.

"It's all right, I can go by myself", I was reluctant before.

"Just get in the car. Please let me take care of my boyfriend, in the same way how he takes care of me by giving me energy bar chocolate."

"Okay"

I sat inside the car. He was driving. "Are you hungry?", he asked.

"Hmm...Slightly"

"Shall we go someplace to eat?", he asked me.

"Are you asking me out on a date?"

"Maybe"

"Okay. fine"

We went to a café far away from our school, even my dorm, and his home. "What do you want to order?", he asked.

This was a café shop. "I want a cup of Tea and cinnamon bread", I ordered.

"Coffee and veg roll", he ordered.

"Are you a tea connoisseur?", he asked me in a surprised tone.

"Indeed."

"The first thing different between us is this"

There was an awkward silence between us. I wanted to make some conversation so asked a few stupid questions.

"Have you been here before?"

"No, I read the google review and found this to be the best near this area."

"Okay". Talk Akk, don't be shy. Built a conversation. I am sucking, I literally knew it.

"Have you done your Math homework?", I asked him. Am I mad asking if my boyfriend completed his Maths homework on the first date?

"Yes......", he dragged saying with a judgemental look.

"See, Ayan. I am not so good with this thing (I meant flirting)"

"It's all right." By the time our order came. He shared his veg roll with me. I thought of the scenario with my friends before the veg roll would have arrived, everyone would have taken a bite from it. But with a boyfriend it is different.
