Akk POV

As I served the hotly brewed Tea and Cookies to Ayan, I witnessed a terrified look on his face. He looked so stressed out.

"Are you okay Aye?", I asked. He was in his deep thoughts, and suddenly reassured me he was fine.

"Yeah I am fine....will I survive drinking this tea?", he doubted my cooking skills.

"I bet, you ask for a second cup!", I bragged about my skills. Of course, I am good at cooking. Ever since I moved to the dorm from my hometown, I have taught myself a lot of skills which include cooking, cleaning, etc...

He took the first sip from the cup and was mesmerized, "Wow, Akk, it is really good. Even better than my mom.", After stating so, he came near where I sat and took my hands to his lips and placed a kiss.

"These hands made magic", his kiss trailed over to, my elbow, which gave me goosebumps. And made me go shy all of a sudden. And suddenly, someone barged into the room. Which made us stop what we were doing in the middle.

"Hey Akk!", it was Wat. And seeing Ayan, he was surprised, "Hi Ayan. You are here too!"

"Yeah. I haven't been here, so Akk invited me."

"Cool, I have never thought about it.", he contemplated. "Were you beaten badly by Kahn?", he asked Ayan concerned.

When Aye nodded no, he continued "I never know why he acted so impulsive all of the sudden. I never expected him to throw a fist at you!" when he pacified him, I wanted to badly reveal to him that Kahn had a crush over Thua and when he saw Thua with Aye, he was furious.

"Don't you have photography club today?", I asked Wat, who was supposed to be there.

"No, today the club activities were suspended.", he added. When he headed straight to his room, Aye took the time to finish his tea and was heading home.

"Catch you later babe!", he smirked.

"Okay bye!", I said.

"No kisses?", when he demanded. I gave a flying kiss to him, for which he commented unfairly, and finally, he managed to get a peck on his cheeks.

When I checked back at my phone which had a notification from Xioa, I opened it only to find out he had sent a photo of us in our middle school uniform hanging out at the food Street after our final exam of grade 7. It was an awesome experience.

I replied to him with a nostalgic emoji. And he was online, so he was typing something, and my heart skipped a beat. Why is he doing this to me? Does he want to reconcile with me as a friend?

"I am sorry for being a shitty friend to you.", a text popped suddenly. Does he feel bad for our broken friendship? All these are so all of sudden, and I couldn't believe it.

All these years, he never wanted to talk to me, but suddenly after winning a championship, he wanted to be my friend again. Is it weird?

I was careful with my words, I didn't want to sound so desperate about missing his friendship, because, I have great friends now and a boyfriend too.

"Don't be hard on yourself.", I texted him back.

What he typed back was hard to believe. "Do you want to hang out sometime? I have something to tell you"

For 2 minutes brain failed to process what he was saying. But one obvious thing was WHY. Why does he want to be my friend again?

My hands wanted to type, "NO", but I ended up typing "SURE"
