Scott's POV

Gali and I were in the Library catching up on Astronomy homework, which was harder than it seemed. She was more intelligent at these sorts of things, so she helped me figure this all out. It was quarter to twelve, almost lunch time. All my morning classes were over; Astronomy, History of Magic, and Potions. After lunch, I had a double block of D.A.D.A. which was great, then Divination. At the bell, Gali and I packed up our things, and headed towards the exit of the Library. Kassie sat by the front, her noise stuck in a book.
"Oh, Kassie?" I said.
She looked up terrified, then ran off carrying her book.
"Kassie!" Gali screamed, trying to get her attention.

"I want one!" Gali yelled, pushing me off the bench to get a slice of chocolate layered cake. I pushed myself off the ground, dusting my robes off.
"Sorry," Gali said, giggling.
Gali chewed on her cake while Professor Gregorovitch got to the front, wearing ruby robes.
"Good afternoon," she said, "we need to share with you something that will keep you safe. All students should know that none of these people on this list should be inside the castle. If they are, notify a Head of House or I."
She began to read names off the list and I waited patiently, listening for a name I knew. Her voice went cold, "Ellie Karkaroff, Kassandra Black."
Gali and I looked at each other in awe. Ellie and Kassie?
Gali leaned in close and whispered, "Kassie was just inside the castle?"
"Yeah, she was," I said in response.
"Do we notify Gwyndolyn?"
"She's probably gone by now, but next time we don't have a choice," I said.

On our way to D.A.D.A., Gali and I thought about why Kassie would be in the Library, looking at a book that seemed to be from the restricted section. The past months seemed gloomy as N.E.W.T.'s approached, and it made it even worse without Dayved and Blake's jokes to get us by. The worst day was the memorial for all of those who were lost, half of them who were deceased, their bodies weren't even found. Next to the greenhouses was the burial site, drenched in beautiful flowers and wreaths. I usually went down their once a month to go see Dayved's grave, which was the smallest one to the left of the site. D.A.D.A. is one of my favourite classes, I've always liked it. Professor Genesis was one of my favourite, also Scott Lupin. Scott Lupin took the post as Divination Professor, while D.A.D.A. was taken by Genesis Dissidia. Most of the class, Wes chucked spitballs at the back of my head, while I studied for my N.E.W.T. examination.

Gali's POV

I had a free block to kill, so I headed down to the Quidditch Pitch by myself, hoping I could get some flying time in. I was alone, and I needed some time to myself. I mounted my Nimbus 2000, and whizzed off into the air. The air zoomed through my long soft hair; the feeling was exhilarating. I missed being on the Ravenclaw team, it hadn't been several months since I played. I swooped around the towers of the pitch and beneath the stands, tucking my head in. In the centre of the pitch, something stunned me and I spun out of control, landing roughly on the ground unconscious.

I shook my head, trying to end the stars swirling around in my head. I couldn't see, everything was a blur. It wasn't until I fully woke up when I was snatched up from the cold floor.
"Urgh..." I moaned, holding my head.
"Don't speak!" a throat stabbing voice said.
The grip on my arm tightened while I was half dragged on the ground.
"Let...go..." I managed to say, too weak to pull away.
When my full vision came back, I was shocked to be grasped on the arm by Professor Loriena Goyle, my Charms teacher. We were in a long stone hallway, shimmering with green and silver highlights. Streams of water slid beside the path, and in front of us were three large chairs. I was dragged in front of the largest one, and placed at someone's feet.
"Galatea Sunstrider?" the deep voice said.
"What do you want?" I said, trying to get the strength to push myself up.
"We need answers!" he demanded.
"I won't tell you anything," I said, "you've got the wrong person!"
He waved his wand and I was thrown into the air, falling on my hurt side.
"Take her to the chamber..." the voice said.
Once again, I was dragged and thrown into a dark room, with blood trailing the floor and walls, and a wooden chair that had arm straps to keep you in. I wasn't sure where I was, but I knew it wasn't Hogwarts. The room gave me goosebumps and I shivered from the skulls and blood littered around the room. I tugged on the door as hard as I could, but it was no use. I was held captive.
