The Three Champions

Zedmir, Gali, and Wes sat in the Great Hall, watching students of the higher year placing their name in the fiery goblet. Scott, Ellie, Dayved, and Kassie joined them later, observing the scene. A orange blazing line was drawn around the Goblet, to prevent underaged from entering their name in the tournament. When the attention of the Goblet died down, laughter could be heard from behind the door of the Great Hall. The doors flew open and Stelth and fellow Hufflepuffs nudged Sagittaria into the radius of the goblet.
"Go on! Do it!" Stelth said, smiling at her.
"I will, I will," she said. Sagittaria reached inside her pocket and pulled out a small crumpled piece of paper. She threw it into the red fire, and fiery lines spelt her name above the goblet.
"Woah, Sagittaria put her name in?" Scott said, confused.
"Looks like it," Gali said, smirking at a Mahoutokoro boy.
The boy strode up to the goblet, then placed his name inside the goblet. Fire shot out of the goblet spelling his name in the air. More people from Hogwarts entered their name in the goblet, including Dusk and Blake. A Uagadou boy placed his name in, followed by a girl. Scott, Dayved, Gali, Kassie and Ellie had Transfiguration in ten minutes, so they left for the courtyard.

Dinner in the Great Hall...

Wes stuffed as much pumpkin pasties into his mouth as he could, well the other students cheered him on.
"I-dhj-st!" Wes said, with a mouthful of food.
"What?" Ellie said.
Wes gulped down his food, "I did it!"
Ellie and Kassie rolled their eyes in unison. Droobledore marched up to the podium when everyone was mostly finished their food.
"Now...we will choose the three champions!"
Cheers and fists punching the air symbolized the excitement going on. Droobledore waved his wand through the air and the goblet of fire appeared releasing blue sparks around the hall.
"First...the Hogwarts champion." He placed his hand on the goblet, then a sizzling sound expelled from the goblet. A crumpled piece of paper whizzed into the air and landed swiftly on his hand.
"The Hogwarts champion is," everyone perked up to get a better view, "Sagittaria Chang!" Sagittaria hopped up from the Hufflepuff table, her mangled cherry pink hair trailed behind her. Droobledore mumbled something to her, and she went down to the Trophy Room. The clapping died down when he spoke again, "the Uagadou champion is... Zachariah Abidula!"
A tall African boy ran up to the front, smiling. Everyone clapped and cheered for him.
"Last, but not least, is the Mahoutokoro champion!"
A flowery piece of paper whizzed out of the goblet into his hands and he folded it open.
"Izumi Kaori!"
A short thin girl with long hair strode to the front, waving to her friends who were in shock that she was chosen.
"Now that we have our three champions, the first task will be November twenty-first."
"What is the first task?" Kassie said.
"I dunno, but it's going to be dangerous," Scott replied.
