Ranger Renalds was walking through town when he bumped into a woman with a rifle slung over her shoulder.

"Ah, Lucy, I'm sorry I didn't see you there. Are you not out looking today?".

She chuckled. "No, I've just got back from a long search yesterday, my team are regrouping today and planning. We'll be heading off tomorrow for a couple of days before the weather gets too cold to continue".

"Of course, you would be brave enough to wander days into the Forrest. If I had to bet my money, it would be on you", he smiled.

"I'm glad", she smiled almost cockily. "But I was actually hoping to run into you, if me and my team are going to spend days out there, we want to go somewhere no one has searched before, do you know where I could find that information?"

"Of course, Henry should be keeping tabs on things at the office, I'm not sure how helpful he'll be, but he probably knows more than anyone".

She thanked him and headed in that direction, waving at people as she went.
No one would mess with Lucy, she's known around the town for being the toughest person out here, so nobody ever gets on her bad side. Although that's quite hard, despite being terrifying if you get in her way, she's actually the nicest lady most of the town had ever met.
There were rumours that she'd fought a wolf with her bare hands and won when she was in her twenties, but of course, no one knows if it's really true. Normally people would think that's ridiculous, but with Lucy, no one can ever really rule it out.

"OWWWWW, BUCKY!" Shouted Steve as he was being positioned on the metal rectangle.

This was the second attempt at securing Steve in, as the first ended in his bad leg scraping along the floor, and Bucky had never seen the man swear so many times in his life. He was pretty sure Steve had actually managed to teach him some new words.

"Alright!" Bucky huffed. "At least we learnt you need to be higher up so.... The same thing doesn't happen".

Steve glared up at him from the floor, his leg was still throbbing, and he was very much in a bad mood. Bucky had cut the bottom half of his uniform off so he could tie him to this metal thing. He knew it was basically pointless anyway because most of it had already been cut off when he was injured, but he didn't like sitting there in half a uniform and boxers whilst Bucky looked for the extra pair of trousers he'd found.

"Ready to try again?" Bucky asked cheerfully and ignored Steve's grumbled 'no'.

A small section of the clothes had been attached to the end, which allowed Bucky to slightly pick it up and drag Steve along the icy ground.

"Not so bad, eh?" Bucky asked as they were finally on their way out of the cave.

Steve didn't even answer. He was strapped to a piece of metal thinner than the width of his body in the cold, and it was uncomfortable.
He noticed they followed the rock face for some time before starting through the trees.

"I had a dream last night", spoke Bucky after the long silence.

For a moment, Steve didn't think he would reply. But his annoyance had started to sizzle away, and he'd be lying if he said he wasn't interested in what Bucky was going to say.

"What was it about?"

Steve couldn't see, but Bucky was smiling as he walked.

"I was in a wonderful little house, sat on this really comfy, cream couch with colourful throws over the top. You were there too", he added.

"Where was it?" Steve asked curiously.

"I don't know, I don't recognise it. There was a chill in the air, but the sun was out, like when you get the first hint of autumn at the end of summer. The entire living room was very homely, with a fireplace and giant bay window in the corner surrounding a lovely dining table. Behind me, behind the couch, was the kitchen. Like a big open plan room, it was lovely".
