Hello everyone! I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to the few people who have accompanied me on Solis and Hayland's journey. Honestly, I never expected this story to come to an end after I had almost forgotten about it in my drafts. It's been sitting in the dark corners of my archives for quite a few seasons, and now it's finally seeing the light of day. Although this genre isn't typically my cup of tea, I have so many feelings about it. After all, I created it! :D

"This Is Me Trying" has officially come to an end, and I’m trying not to tear up as I reflect on my first novella of 2023 coming together successfully. I’ll admit there are flaws, but I hope I was still able to touch your hearts and impart some valuable lessons you can carry into your lives.

Thank you again for reading, and I truly hope you enjoyed Solis and Hayland's story. And if there's one lesson to take from it: don’t go back to toxicity after escaping it. If you want to be like Solis—just don’t! Hahaha!

Also, imma leave this AGAIN here:

Important Note: this is the final draft of probably one of the most worst stories under this pseudonym (including OWAV, of couse) and i am so SORRY that i will not get back to this to fix the errors (when i say errors, I meant, the typos & the grammatical error, the bad storyline, the poor character arc, the awkward dialogues, the plot holes, etc). It's just an attempt attempt to try this genre and i struggled and [miserably] failed. It's too heavy for me (the infidelity thingy).

Ps: the moment a writer tried to explain their work(s), always know their output isn't that good to talk about. I am the proof. :)
