"Alright." Yuqi said, putting the car in park. "This is your stop. Want Soyeon and I to bring you back something?" She asked. Yuqi and Soyeon had planned to go get dinner without me, since I had refused so I could call Minnie.

"Yeah, sure. Just pick anything and let me know how much it is and I'll Venmo you." I smiled, opening the car door. Soyeon kissed me goodbye on the cheek, as I stepped out of the car and bid my farewell.

"It's cute you guys are hanging out together. I never thought I'd see this day." I laughed. Soyeon rolled her eyes playfully and waved me off.

"I'll see you guys later." I waved, finally closing the door behind me. I began my commute up to Soyeon and I's dorm room, smiling to people I passed. When I had reached my door, I found it unlocked.

Again.

"You gotta be fucking kidding me." I mumbled, opening the door and cautiously walking inside. I poked my nose around the room briefly, finding nothing in disarray. No signs of break in at all.

"Maybe Soyeon didn't lock it." I thought out loud, checking my phone for a second and then unlocking it, intending to shoot Soyeon a text.

"Boo!" a voice exclaimed from behind me, making me jump and drop my phone, and of course scream like a little girl. When I turned around to check the source of the sudden spook, I found Minnie, literally laughing her ass off as she watched me give a massive sigh of relief.

"God, Minnie! You can't just do that! I thought someone broke into my dorm again!" I scolded, catching my breath and rubbing my eyes, and then bending over to pick up my phone that I had dropped due to the startle.

"AHAHAHAHA, I mean, I did technically break in. You should've seen your face. Oh my God. That was amazing. I will be doing that again." She cackled boisterously, as I shook my head. Then, Minnie's expression suddenly changed, furrowing her brows as something must've clicked in her head.

"Wait, again? Did someone think of doing this before me? Damn, I thought I was creative..." She pouted, making me chuckle a bit.

"Yeah, I have a lot of things to update you on. Things I should've told you before, but it was just a lot of drama and I just didn't wanna get you wrapped up in it." I explained. "Was gonna call you but I guess this works." I giggled.

"Yeah, here, let's sit. Which one is your b.... wait a minute, why is there only one actual bed? The bottom one is just a mattress." Minnie asked, with a raised eyebrow. She then gasped when she came to a conclusion.

"ARE YOU AND SOYEON FUCKING?" She blurted, turning my face red.

"Oh my God, Minnie, no! No, I mean, just let me explain things!" I scrambled to put together, laughing lightly. I sat down on the bare bottom bunk alongside her.

"So the reason I moved into Soyeon's dorm is actually a lot more serious than I initially told you." I began. "Someone broke into my dorm and um... held me at gunpoint, basically."

Minnie's jaw hung open, and I smiled and covered my mouth, finding her reaction a little comical.

"UM?!"

"Yeah, I know. I didn't tell you because if I told you that, I'd have to tell you why he did it, and then I'd have to involve you in all this drama and I didn't wanna burden you like that, or hurt you by accident." I sighed.

"Girl, you're my bff. Even if you rob a bank and tell me where you hid all the money my lips would be sealed. If you murdered somebody I'd help you hide the body." She replied, speaking too quickly for her own brain. After a solid few seconds, she realized what she had said, and furrowed her brows.
