I hummed placing some thai tea In my basket. I have been putting off grocery shopping for a week. Fast food isn't gonna cut it.
So today i came out to restock. I was sipping a matcha drink from a near by cafe while pushing my cart. My crochet beanie sat snug over my Black 28 inch Malaysian Wig.
It's still very cold out and i wasn't gonna let this weather freeze up my lace or the realistic kinky baby hairs that came with it.
I tapped the handle of the cart as i pushed it making my way over to where the cookies were. I was in the mood to bake some chocolate chip cookies. After grabbing two packs. I made my way to the wine section.
I wanted a bottle to go with dinner tonight. I was thinking a nice movie. Some cold wine and a meal. I looked over the large shelf before spotting the one i wanted. Just as i reached for it another hand grazed mine.
Pulling away i turned to see Jin.
he looked just as shocked as me
Jin: Ohh Noelle... I'm surprised to see you. I don't think I've ever run into you outside of the office before.
I smiled slightly
"Yes i usually Insta cart my groceries. But I wanted to get a matcha today so i thought i'd come get them while i'm still out"
i said shaking the cup for him to see it.
He smiled at me before looking over my outfit then examining my cart.
Today wasn't a work day so i also took the time to look over his attire. he looked comfortable. I don't get to see him outside of work clothes often.
Jin: is tonight a special night? Wine, cookies.. I see the fixes for a great meal? Is it an celebratory dinner?
I shook my head
Jin: Oh maybe an anniversary meal then?
I coughed a bit
"Oh god no. Just in the mood for a nice meal. some warm cookies and cold wine... I'll most likely fall asleep watching movies"
He nodded as someone walked up to us talking
Jhope: Okay jin. i got the steaks. Should i grab Jk some banana milk or do you think he has enough
He paused looking over at me before waving.
Jhope: Noelle? How are you doing today
"I'm good.. just doing some last minute shopping"
i said placing the wine inside of my cart
Jhope: Same Jin needed a few last minute things for dinner tonight
"Do you guys eat together often?"
Jin: we all live together
I gasped
"Oh... I'm sorry i was not aware"
He chuckled
Jhope: Well... we are really neighbors but it's the same thing honestly
Jin nodded before speaking
Jin: You should come by one night and have dinner with us
"Oh i couldn't intrude"
