MK x M! Reader

His blue eyes choked MK, tears falling as he squeezed harder and y/n stood shakily, picked up a rock, and hucked it at Monkey King. And Mk fell, out of the sky as y/n ran, catching him, almost collapsing in the meantime. His blue eyes shone, boring into his as a blue ice struck y/n, starting to grow up on his legs. He breathed in and out, trying to calm himself but saw SWK punch MK. He screamed for him to stop, tears dropping from his eyes. SWK gave a low chuckle, turning MK's head up and clawing his shoulder. "What is it l/n? Do you... CARE for him?" he said, his voice mixed with LBDs and he dug his claws into MK's shoulder, drawing blood.

"NO! STOP THAT!" Y/n shouted, the desperation in your quivering voice showed as tears infinitely streamed down. "I always knew you would betray me l/n, But for HIM? I'm so disappointed." SWK said in a low growl, tracing his finger down MK's cheek as it made a shallow cut. MK kicked him away, cradling his cheek and ran to y/n. "Y/n! Y/n we have to get out of here!" y/n looked down at the growing ice, just above your waist. "MK, give me your hand." he commanded, taking MK's hand and looking at him with swimming eyes. "Come back for me, okay? Promise MK. Promise you won't leave me forever."

Y/n had squeezed his hand, making him nod. He tried to smile comfortably, but SWK was rising from the rock pile and charging towards them. Y/n traced markings quickly on MK's hand and took a shaky breath in. "You better keep your promise monkey boy." y/n said, kissing his hand as he disappeared with a f/c flash, he sent him somewhere safe where he wouldn't be found. Not for long at least. And SWK missed the strike targeted towards MK, only to hit cold and blue ice.
