Chapter 22- The War of Warriors

It has begun...
Fighters, bombers and gunships moving over... dropping bombs on the crowd below. Struggling for air Superiority. Tanks, armoured vehicles, self- propelling Artillery and rocket projectors moving forth. Annihilation of their enemy. Destruction of others followed. Missiles took to the skies, trident, cruise and Polaris Missiles heading up. SAMS taking down anything in the sky. UAVS addiction to the din.
The last battle... the final solution...
Ash, Cynthia, Diantha, Paul and others looked at the widespread Destruction that continued.
All of the enemies were there.
Team Rocket, Team Plasma, Team Flare, Team Galactic, Team Aqua, Team Magma.
Giovanni. Ghetsis. Colress. Jessie, James and Meowth. Butch and Cassidy. Alain. Lysandre, surprisingly. Xero. Dr. Zager. Professor Sebastian. Tyson. Archie and Maxie. Shelley and Courtney. Tabitha. Proton. Petrel. Archer. Ariana. Pierce. Annie and Oakley. Jupiter, Mars and Saturn. Cyrus. A man recognized as Chairman Rose Cosmos by Leon. Lusamine Aether led the Alola gang...
All enemies Ash Ketchum had or had not fought, were here. He would have to prove himself here, in this place.
But, his friends had arrived.
Ritchie, Harrison, May, Dawn, Max, Morrison, Tyson, Nando, Iris, Cilan, Bianca, Conway, Cameron, Virgil, and all the Gym Leaders and Elite Fours who had not been killed.
Paul ordered the attack.
'Charge!'
From humble beginnings, come great ends.
There was a shout, a roar of approval. On both sides, people released their Pokémon... and it evolved into... a hand- to- hand combat.
Jessie, James, Meowth, Cassidy and Butch were all killed by Paul and Conway at the first instant. Annie and Oakley lasted longer, getting torn down by Elite Four Lorelei and Karen. Sabrina killed Jupiter, Mars and Saturn by a simple telepathic beam.
Dr. Zager and Professor Sebastian, along with Xerosic and Charon, began to escape. Professor Oak and Kukui casually caught them, before straight- shooting.
Cyrus, the most experienced combatant, was killed by Dawn. She had grown into a fighting master, due to constant experience fleeing from enemies.
Lysandre was hit and killed by Serena, Bonnie (who was mad at the killing of Clemont), and May working as a team. May had also improved combat experience.
Giovanni was, surprisingly, killed by Blaine. Ash had not, in his wildest dreams, thought that the old man was capable of killing. Clair (expected, because of the Dragon Clan) killed Tyson.
Archie, Maxie, Shelley and Courtney formed a team, and were attacked by Brawley, Flannery, Bugsy, Viola, Alexa and Korinna working together. It was quite hard to kill them, but gambling on six players worked out.
Misty, Brock, Iris, Cilan and Max took on the Team Rocket admins. Again, Iris took down Ariana (ferally), Brock and Cilan and Max destroyed Archer, Proton and Petrel as a team. Pierce, arguably the best in Team Rocket, was smashed due to Misty. Again, Misty won respect from Ash for her new and improved fighting skills.
Colress was hit and killed by Diantha, while Cynthia smashed down Lusamine. It was N who took Ghetsis, and Leon who took Rose Cosmos down.
'The Battle is over, then.' Ash sighed. 'We killed the bosses.'
'Oh, no, you have not. It is not over. ' An extremely familiar, dry and curt voice cut in.
Ash and his friends turned towards the source of the voice...
And gasped...
