Ozul was simply meditating in one spot, not having the motivation to start fighting. Everyone around him seemed to not acknowledge him, so he didn't acknowledge them. Until someone wanted to have a fight with him, he wouldn't go looking for one with anyone else. He knew about everything that was happening, the gods, the deities, the powerful beings, but none of it interested him. All he wanted was to win and if he had to wait until the strongest were the only ones left, well then that's what he would do. He heard someone walking toward him, but their energy didn't seem aggressive. He didn't react at all, but then the person stopped... and sat down in front of him? His eyes were closed, but he knew she had her legs crossed in front of her, which made her more vulnerable than most other sitting positions.
"Uh... hi," A young voice greeted him "Can we talk?"
"Talk? You're not here to attack me?" He asked, still not opening his eyes.
"Uh, no. I'm really not one for attacking unprovoked," She replied calmly "But I've been taking a look at you every so often and you haven't moved. How come?"
He sighed and replied "Why does it matter to you?"
"It... really doesn't," She admitted "But I'm curious because the teams all need to be in agreement to come, but you haven't really done anything. I'm just curious why."
"None of these people are who I'm here for," He told her "If that is all, then please leave."
"Uh... actually, could we just talk for a little bit." She created a dome of flames around them "I just kinda need something to do while all that chaos goes on out there."
He sighed and lowered his head, then replied "Alright. What do you want to know?"
"How come you're here?" She asked bluntly.
"Interesting question," He sighed "As I mentioned before, these people are not what I'm after. All I'm after is the prize of the victorious warrior. The Eternal Wish, all the power in the world could be in your hand. You could take control of everything or simply erase it if you so wish."
"So what would your wish be?" She asked, curious because of the examples of wishes he had given her.
"To rewrite history. Give me the power to change everything. That is what I want, child." Serenity was unnerved, but then she realized, that may not be a bad thing in his universe, she didn't know anything about where he came from.
The two sat and talked for a little bit longer, Serenity simply not paying attention to what he looked like, and Ozul just never cared to look at her. The more they talked, the more Ozul began to actually become fascinated by this girl. He was usually really good at seeing when people are being insincere, but this girl was not that. Serenity's curiosity was absolutely true and he was almost impressed by her child like naivete. She was in the middle of an all out war to defend her entire universe, and yet she was having a nice conversation with one of her opponents. He almost wanted to take this opportunity to take her out, but he was finally enjoying himself for once. It had been years since he was able to fully enjoy himself, but now, just talking to this girl... that was what made him happy? He didn't really understand why he was having such a pleasant time, but he didn't let that bother him too much. All he really wanted to do right now was talk to this girl and he wasn't about to let anyone get in the way of that.
"So this... Kaira, you speak so highly of. What's his story?"
"Oh, that is way too much to talk about in detail," She replies while giggling a little "But the gist of it is, he has enemies, he fights them. He gets better every time he fights."
"Better, you say?" Ozul asked, his tone shifting from simple speech to intrigue "What do you mean by that?"
"He's a person who learns from experience," Serenity explained "He can figure out moves and every now and then, he'll pull some new kind of power out of himself."
