Barak was glaring at Affin, who hadn't noticed him yet, and was just sitting on a cliff. Barak shifted a little in his stance and Affin was alerted to his presence. He turned around and saw Barak, remembering him as one of the people who had helped in the fight against Emerald's final form. Part of his more primitive mind, thanks to his Gorilla form's power, began to see him as nothing more than pray. Barak stiffened up a little bit when the massive warrior began to step toward him. Even though he was barely conscious for the most part, he saw the strength and durability this warrior had shown during the fight with Emerald. Affin began to glow a pale yellow and his muscles began to bulge. Barak could tell that his transformation was beginning so he stepped back slowly.

"Hey, no!" Someone yelled up above "You're mine!" Ruby flew down to Affin and roundhouse kicked him, but she bounced off of him.

"Woah, it's like he didn't even flinch at her," Barak jumped back and transformed "Alright, big guy, let's see what you've got."

The gigantic foot steps only got more powerful and Ruby created a sphere of crimson energy in her palm and snarled "Get your ass over here!" She yelled while throwing the sphere at Affin.

"Ruby, wait!" Barak yelled, but it was too late.

He continued walking toward Barak and the sphere collided with his back. It exploded into a cloud of glittering red fire and marron smoke. The shockwave was so powerful that Prokaz noticed it even on the other side of the arena. The smoke drifted away from the impact point and the two looked at one another. Barak shrugged as Ruby narrowed her eyes at where Affin had been standing. After a few seconds, Affin began to walk toward Barak again as if he hadn't noticed the destructive attack. She was about to attack him again when he stopped and Barak held his hand out to her.

"What's he doing?" He asked, to which Ruby just shrugged and they watched.

He looked up into the air and screamed, which caught both of them off guard. The sound didn't even resemble a human's voice anymore, but that of a Silver Back Gorilla. The pale light enveloped him and encased him like a skin tight suit. Barak and Ruby were in awe of the transformation and they readied themselves for combat. Prokaz flew over and could already tell that this was going to be bad news. Affin began to glow even brighter and lightning strikes with thunder crashes began to form all around him. The cliffs grew darker and Prokaz landed next to Barak, who looked at him, and nodded. Even though they were on different teams, it was clear they would need to join forces to take him down. The storm died down and they saw that he was the size of a fully grown gorilla. He was still for a moment and Barak looked at Prokaz again. The latter shrugged and created a tiny bone in his hand. He underhand tossed it at Affin, but he didn't even react.

"Uh... is he broken-" Prokaz was cut off by Affin beginning to scream again "Oh, I guess not."

He closed his fist and flexed his muscles, then his skin began to... tear away from his body. Ruby felt as though she was about to be sick as his skin ripped and tore, causing blood to spirt out of every part of his body. His eyes turned a pale yellow and light began to shine out of both eyes and his mouth. A massive explosion rocked the cliffs and everyone was knocked backward. After the smoke cleared, Prokaz got off of his back, and looked at their opponent.

"Alright, think it's go time," He said as he saw the fully realized Gorilla Morphic Form.

Ruby dropped to the ground behind Affin and stared at him, his form reminding her a lot of Emerald's. His scowl turned to a grin as he looked around at all of his new prey. Ruby created a spear in her hand made of... well rubies. Barak summoned a lightning axe and a wind sword to his hands. Prokaz created three demon skulls and several bones to surround him as a shield. Affin began to breathe heavily as he let all the power in his new form surge within his body.
