Taehyung's POV

I slammed the bedroom door shut behind me and snapped my fingers, locking it. I looked back at the door and then made a symbolic hand gesture to cast a spell.

I moved my palms in a circular manner, green flames emitting from my palms and a green hoop of flame started appearing next to me.

Transportation hoop.

Yes, I lied to her so that she doesn't ask me to send her back home. I want to keep her with me. I don't want her to get her back to those idiot swine. Her grandmother died in front of me so I would definitely not let her return.

I entered the hoop, taking me to my chambers. I saw Baem curled up on the table as it slowly approached the crystal beside it.

But which province is she from? She is Korean for sure but I don't know which province uses silver magic because I have only seen people using green magic. Well, not people. It's just me who uses magic.

I walked towards the shelf containing all the books. I look through all of them before taking one out. I scrub my feet back onto the table and sit on the chair in front of the crystal.

After a few hours or so, I sigh in defeat. Not being able to find anything, I shut the third book named the Book of Vishanti. "What even is this book if it doesn't even provide me with information? Useless Vishanti!"

Baem was wrapping itself around the crystal when an idea popped into my mind. I pulled my head cover cap of the robe before raising my hands to place them in the air right above the crystal.

The green light emitted from my hand and Baem moved away from the crystal when it started glowing. Turning into a green luminous ball. It was a crystal ball that I created from my spells. It can conclude and search for things that my mind has witnessed. Not completely but somewhat.

"Tell me, Wizard. What do you want to know?" I heard a voice and I pulled my hands away. "The girl that I brought in, Y/n. I want to know everything about her life."

And then . . . The crystal started explaining everything to me Y/n's birth, more like creation. She wasn't born. She was created. The common use of magic by everyone on her planet and the events that happened there recently.

I gulped at the information.

"So Y/n is a Goddess? Not a human? Since she wasn't born like us?" I mumbled. "There is no Goddess or something like that. It's like the humans have Kings and Queens on Earth, similarly, they call her a Goddess."

"But that doesn't explain it all. She rules an entire planet and is created from weird white energy. We have divided kingdoms here and I was born to my parents."

"You are born with powers, wizard. You are a supernatural being." The voice spoke and I knitted my brows in confusion. "Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! I am a supernatural being? No, you never told me that. What is wrong with you? Are you not working properly?"

"Y/n is the most powerful among the three main realms. The more powerful you are, the more dangerous you are. So she was forbidden to use magic." The voice continued to spill nonsense and I scoffed, standing up.

"What on Earth are you talking about? Who are you? You are not the usual voice that replies to me when I speak to the crystal!" I snarled.

"There were two different energies previously. Life and death. But then at the dawn of the universe, there was nothing--"

I threw a green flame at the crystal and it exploded, shattering into pieces and Baem hissed, moving forth to the broken pieces. I sighed deeply and felt Baem crawl my back, resting on my shoulder. "What should I do now?" I mumbled to myself before thinking about something.

"Show me what is happening there right now," I said, raising my hand up and the green flames showed me the way Kibum and Kiran were practicing magic with the other shadows.

"They are learning something . . ." I said and tried to look more deeply. "They are learning from the book of Darhold. I thought they knew it."

I chuckled, shaking my head. "We are safe for a while," I said and stood up from the chair. But then I looked outside the window but realized that it was already night.

I held the books in my hand and walked over to the shelf when my stomach growled. My eyes widened as I realized something.

Y/n is hungry as well.

She didn't eat anything since she came here. It's been two days. Wait. Does she get hungry? I mean she is a goddess so like. . . Does she poop?

I mean. . . Does a Goddess actually do activities like us?

I quickly made a Teleport hoop and went to my bedroom door but I frowned seeing the door already open. I poked my tongue on my inner cheek and stared at the open door in annoyance,

"It was locked from the outside, then who could possibly help her?"
