41: Geometry

Jungkook's POV

"What the fuck!" I exclaimed, moving forward as Taehyung flew toward the Dark thing. I heard Kiran laugh and he turned to us. "Seems like your friend bowed down to our ruler. He is a smart one, I must say. Dormammu might spare him." He said and I glared at him.

"Ahhh!" I gasped when I heard Y/n's screams. I turned my head to see Yoongi drawing powers and her eyes opened wide as she gained her senses. "Yoongi!" She said and I panicked.

I looked at the others and they were using their powers to stop him but Yoongi made a huge mirror-shaped doom and they were caged in it, leaving me behind since I was further away from them. He used his power again.

Kiran glared at him. "Stop it, mortal!" He barked and Yoongi flashed him a small smile before throwing him in it as well. "Yoongi! What are you doing?" Y/n asked, shivering. I was about to walk to him but Yoongi spoke immediately, making me stop.

"I can't let that thing take your power. And you cannot control it. But I can." He said, knitting his eyebrows. "Yoongi, she will die!" I yelled and he looked at me. "But in the grand calculus of the Multiverse, her sacrifice means a lot of lives." He said and I snapped.

I flew to him at a tremendous amount of speed, pushing him back as we entered the doom that he made to trap the others, but unlike last time, the glass didn't shatter instead we passed through the doom smoothly as if we were diving into a pool.

I had Yoongi's neck, clawed in my hands as I stared around to see the others, lost, trying to find their way out of this mirror dimension. So was I.

Everything was so unusual here. 

"Anything that happens here won't affect the outside world," Yoongi said and I looked back at him as he pushed me back. I fisted my hands and raised them in front of him. "You seriously want to have a boxing match right now?"

"Why didn't the glass shatter like last time when we entered it?"

"Because you had me this time. I would definitely not want a single shard of glass on me." He answered and I threw a fist at him but he dodged it immediately. "You know I can easily use my power to kill you but I am not because you are one of my kind," I said, looking at him with glistening eyes.

He frowned before using his hands to warp the landscape of various buildings and make a battlefield out of a subway station. "I don't have any intention to use my energy on you, Jungkook. You are a kid." He said before turning back.

I was about to reach him but he used his magic again while walking away. "Yoongi! Hey! Stop!" 

I shouted but looked around to see my reflections of me all around on the walls of the subway station and building. But I recognized the pattern of the curves.

"Wait a minute! Is that an Archemidiean Spiral? The mirror dimension is just geometry?" I asked and I took nine steps forward from my current position. "Square the radius," I mumbled and recalled the formula.

"Divide by pi," I said and took 3 steps back with my hands up in the air and my back touched something. I smiled, turning around to touch the curve, "Plot points along the curve." I touched the curve, my palms touching each curve of the spiral crystal and my happiness knew no bounds when I successfully saw the exit at the 8th curve.

I walked out and turned my head around to see the crystal doom. I scoffed and fixed my jacket in pride before turning back to see Yoongi's back. "Hey, Yoongi! You know what's cooler than magic?" I asked but he didn't turn back.

So I walked to him with a satisfied smirk on my face as I swayed my arms, reaching him. "It's Math!" I said with a huge grin and stood in front of him but my smile dropped at his expression.

"What happened?" I asked and looked around. But horror struck me. "Where is Y/n?" I asked and Yoongi raised his hand, red flames emerging from it as I heard the crystal doom behind us shredding down, revealing Hoseok, Jin, Namjoon, and Jimin with Kiran, looking at us in confusion.

The others ran over to us while Kiran was slowly coming to us. "Where is Y/n? What did you do?" Jimin asked Yoongi but he was silent. Jin pulled Yoongi's collars and glared at him.

"Where is she?" He barked and I clenched my jaws and glared at him. "Yoongi, what did you do?" Hoseok asked in concern. "Jin, leave him!" Namjoon said, prying Jin off him.

"Yoongi, don't be silent." I mumbled and he looked at me. "She was not here when I came out of the mirror dimension. Kibum and her were gone." He said and my eyes widened. "That guy took her? For what?" 

"Kibum took her?" Kiran spat in rage and scoffed, eyes glowing yellow in anger as he summoned to the sky, a particular planet burning like a sun but bigger than a sun. "What are you doing?" Jin asked in panic and tried throwing his power at him.

"Hey! It'll crash here, you fucking idiot!" I said and was about to use my power against him until he stopped, knitting his brows in confusion and looking down, his eyes staring behind us. Towards the Dark Dimension, the Dark matter. We turned around to Dormammu but it wasn't expanding anymore like it was previously.

"What did you do?"
