Jimin's POV

I walked back to Y/n. She stood up and stared at me. "Oh? Where were you?" She asked softly but I looked at her sternly. "Give me your powers," I said, expressionless.

"I don't know how to," she said, glaring at me. "I didn't want to do this. But I'm sorry," I said, walking towards her. Y/n's eyes widened as she stared at me wide-eyed in horror. I cupped her head with my hand.

She flinched but I held her head firmly in place and closed my eyes. I focused but heard her gasp beside me. I didn't open my eyes. I controlled her mind and focused hers, using her powers combined with mine so that she could take us to the place where Minji is.

I groaned, focusing as I felt our surroundings probably all flamed up because of both of our combined powers. But I didn't care. I want to see Minji. "Why is this not working?" I asked, gritting my teeth and focusing more.

I heard Y/n scream beside me, probably because her head was exploding like mine right now. But I need to see Minji. I focused more and screamed as my head was stinging in pain, tears rolling down my face from the corners of my closed eyes, and wet liquid dripping from my nose. But I focused more.

"Why can't I go to Minji?" I screamed in agony. "Because she doesn't exist!"

I stopped focusing. I opened my eyes and darkly stared at Y/n who dared to say that. She was crying badly, her nose bleeding and blood coming out from her mouth.

"What did you say?" I questioned, still holding her in my grip firmly and tilting her head towards me. She hissed and slowly opened her eyes. "She doesn't exist in this Multiverse that is why you cannot find her location even though you can see her in front of you." She said weakly.

I broke down in tears, releasing her and collapsing down on the ground, burying my face in my hands.

Breaking down.

In front of a weak creature who doesn't even know about her powers.

I lost.

I couldn't see Minji.

One last hope of finding her is gone.

I'm all alone.

"No, Jimin," I felt two warm arms wrapping around me, embracing me. I slowly lifted my face up from my hands and looked at Y/n in horror. She smiled warmly with blood smeared all over her nose and mouth. "You are not alone." She said and my eyes widened.

"How— how can you re— read my mind?" I asked and she smiled, shaking her head. "I can't. But I can feel what you might be feeling right now. You don't need the power to understand how others feel," She said with a sweet smile, shrugging her shoulders.

"So she's not real? Hobi was right? I made her up?" I asked, breaking down in front of a girl whom I was about to kill. "Minji might not be able to stay with you. But you still have us. Me. I'll be like your sister." She said and I cried even more.

I pushed her away from me, crying and hiccuping miserably, rubbing my face. "Hey, no! Wait!" I stopped my actions and looked at Y/n who raised her red handkerchief in front of my face and rubbed under my nose.

"It's becoming a mess on your face," she said, rubbing my face. Her actions made my insides feel like something that I was longing for quite some time.

Warmth.

My eyes glowed, transforming my black dress and she gasped, staring at me in surprise. "Wow, white looks good on you." She said with a smile and moved forward to wipe my face.

"I hate red," I said, staring into her eyes peacefully. She glared and rubbed my face harshly. I groaned, pushing her away. "Why are you getting violent?" I asked her in disbelief and she scoffed.

"I'm sorry for the inconvenience, sir. I'll get a new white handkerchief for you," She said in annoyance, taking her handkerchief away but I held her wrist. She frowned at me. "You gave it to me. It's mine now." I said and took the handkerchief away from her.

She smiled and took a seat beside me. I rolled my eyes and looked away. "Jimin," she called out but I ignored her. "Life is tough but you still have to live." She said and my heart ached at the pity she was showing me.

"Why are you saying this to me? Aren't I bad? I was about to kill you just now," I said, looking at her with my yellow eyes. She giggled and moved her hand forward in front of my face. She used her magic as tiny specks of silver dust floated to my nose.

She is using her power to heal me.

I smiled slightly and turned to look at her with a raised eyebrow. "You know, no one bad is ever truly bad. No one good is ever truly good." She said and took her handkerchief from my grip. I knitted my brows and tried to reach for it.

"Hey! That's mine!" I shouted but she pulled it away from my grasp. "That was mine! And you can have it. Just let me wipe my face." She said and I sighed.

"You know that you can use your magic, right?" I asked and she shook her head. "I don't know how to use it on myself," she said. I raised my hand and used my fingers as yellow smoky particles flowed through her temple, inside her brain.

Her eyes glowed yellow and the blood on her face just disappeared. She turned to me and smiled with her jaws wide open. "How did you do that?" She asked. I smirked and looked forward.

"I just controlled your mind and used it to heal yourself," I said. "Woah, that means you can control my powers with my mind?" She asked and I nodded. "Technically, yeah. But it is dangerous to use so much."

"Why?" She asked, scooting closer to me, eyes curiously looking at me. I turned to her and smirked at her. I touched her forehead, "Mind and soul are really fragile. The more you manipulate it. The more it loses control." I explained.

"Woah. You are so intelligent, Jimin." She said with a smile. You are so intelligent, Jimin. The memory of Minji and her smile flashed in my mind. My smile dropped. "You remind me of my sister," I whispered lowly but she heard it.

"I am your sister," she said and I looked at her, pouting at me. I'm not alone? What if she's like my Minji? I chuckled and squished her cheeks.

"Sure, Miss. Let's drop you back home." I said and stood up, picking up the red handkerchief from the ground and keeping it inside my pocket safely.

She held my wrist. I looked down at her with a questioning gaze. "Drop me off? You won't stay with us?" She asked. I smiled at her sadly. "Do you think after everything that I have caused they will want to look at my face?" I asked with a bitter chuckle.

"You are not going there as a black-dressed devil this time. You are going there as Y/n's brother. White dressed. I am silver and you are white." She said, scrunching her nose cutely. I giggled at her adorable voice. "Why do you want me to go back there with you?" I asked her and she smiled and laced our hands together.

"So that no one dares to harm my brother!" She said and my heart warmed at her words. I sighed and took her out of the home. "You know, this was my home. My parents lived here along with many others but I was small and used my powers once. The scale was huge and it destroyed everything." I narrated.

"Hobi was alerted when he felt the cosmic vibrations in the space so he came and met me. Later I also got to know Namjoon and Yoongi few times. But then they stopped coming too. Then I met Minji— I mean, made her up." I said and turned to look at her smiling at me.

"I'm so proud of you. That you survived till here. From now on, let us care for you." She said and I smiled at her. I turned back and looked at my broken house.

"I started this. So I'm going to stop this too." I mumbled and felt Y/n tugging my arm. "Stop what?" I turned to look at her confused face.

I turned back to see the book, floating in the air inside the house. "I'll make sure that no one can use the Darkhold again," I said and then,

Used my powers to bring the whole house down with the book inside it.
