13: Friends

Jin's POV

"Calm down. Calm down!" I told Y/n who was scrunching her face so hard to focus to bring back the magic that I felt that she will crumple in a few minutes. She exhaled heavily and then fell back to the bed where I was sitting.

"You really need to focus," I told her, shaking my head as I saw Taehyung enter the room with two plates of food. "Here you go, princess." He said and both of us sat up on the bed and he gave her one plate.

I smiled and tried to take the other plate from his hand but he took it away from my grip. I frowned at him and he smirked. "Do you even eat food?" He asked and I huffed.

"So you are going to play it this way?" I asked and raised my fingers to throw water on him but he clicked his fingers and green flamed chains bound me and a green flame gloved my hands. "What the hell?"

"I sealed your fingers," he said and I tried squirming around the chains made by magic were too tight. "Taehyung, please. I want to eat." I pleaded and he turned around to raise an eyebrow at me.

"Why should I?" I scoffed and looked away. "You are one heartless punk." 

"Here, open up." I heard Y/n's voice and I looked at her, holding the spoon of rice for me. I smiled but then I heard Taehyung sigh. He clicked his fingers and the flamed chains and gloves vanished. I sprawled on the side of the bed behind them and then glared at Taehyung. "You are one disobedient punk. I swear to--" 

My eyes widened when he gave me his plate of food and stood up. "Eat this. I am going to bring another one," he said. I silently took it from him. And he stood up from the bed and moved his fingers in a circular motion, making a teleporting hoop and then walking into it.

"He is kind. Just lacking friends." I heard Y/n and then looked at her. "I can understand. I was like that too. People used to get scared of my powers so I never had friends. He must feel lonely." 

Just then I saw Taehyung run back from the other side of the hoop and then jumped into this room and the hoop closed by itself. He panted and we looked at him in confusion. He turned to us and I gave him a 'what-happened' look. 

"This was supposed to be the Queen's meal but I stole it." He said with a boxy grin and I chuckled. "You look good this way," I commented and his smile faded.

"What way?" He asked, squinting his eyes and sat in front of me, beside Y/n. "Together. Smiling. With friends." I replied and he looked at me with a disgusted look.

"We have slept naked," he said pointing to Y/n and she choked while I blinked my eyes several times at the sudden information. "And I have thrown you off the ground." He said, pointing at me.

"She is not my friend and neither are you," he said and started eating the meat that he brought for himself. "Well, she can be your girlfriend and I'll be your brother," I told him hopefully and he looked at me.

"Girlfriend? What is that?" He asked, tilting his head with a stuffed face. "Ah... I guess this period doesn't have a concept of a girlfriend. But yeah, she can be your lover and I'll be your older brother!" I said, bumping my fist on his arm.

He narrowed his eyes and munched on his food. "I'll think about that." He said and I chuckled. "At least you didn't deny. Points for that."

"You'll return back home anyway so I am not thinking much about it," he said as a matter of factly and I scoffed at him. I put a spoon of rice in my mouth and pointed my spoon at him. "With Y/n by our side, we can meet any day we want. She is a multiversal traveler."

But he shoved some meat in my mouth. "Use that mouth for eating. Ah, you both are so disobedient. You both annoy me the most." He complained and placed some meat in Y/n's bowl as well. She gave him a toothy grin.

"Yet you didn't kill us and take care of us." She said and gave some of her rice to him while I agreed with her, giving some of my rice to him as well. "True. We are going to be good friends."

"We already are!" Y/n cheered and Taehyung glared at her. "You are not my friend!" He screamed and Y/n placed a small kiss on his cheek. He didn't expect that.

The flush on his face is evident. His expression is gold.

"Then I'll be your girlfriend. And you be my. . ." she looked at me for a word and I cooed at their cuteness. "Boyfriend," I muttered and she turned back to him.

"Boyfriend. Taehyung is my boyfriend. Seokjin is my good friend." She said and I took some more meat from Taehyung's plate while he was lost somewhere. "So she is my girlfriend and I am your brother." He said to Y/n and then to me.

"Look, you're learning. That's progress!"
