♡ Chapter 12 ♡

"I have made one decision for myself. Just let me be!" Taehyung throws a glass in front of the younger. Jungkook flinches.

"Taehyung, Byul is waiting..."

Taehyung laughs out loud at that. He wipes his tears and laughs. Jimin looks at Seokjin with worried eyes, while the latter gives him an ensuring nod.

"She hates me. She'll be more than happy if I'm not around you or around her. Don't act like you care! You always wanted to prove how great you are! Just show her now! You don't have to use me as a prop!" Taehyung rolls his eyes. 

Jungkook breaks down, shaking his head, denying all the allegations. 

"You wanted her to know how great her Appa is and how great of a loser her Dad is, right?" Taehyung grabs Jungkook's chin harshly. "I'm now aware of your every drama. You hypocrite" Taehyung pisses his teeth while digging his nails in the younger's chin. 

"You even played a victim in front of my own best friend!" Taehyung chuckles in the venomous tone. "You played enough of the sympathy card. Not anymore." 

Jimin's eyes widen. He looks at Jungkook, who looks like a broken glass; just opposite of what he looked this morning. He wants to go to them, but Seokjin gestures for him to stop. 

"Ange-" 

"I said don't fucking call me that!" 

Jungkook flinched. 

"When I said that I don't want to live with you, why can't you respect that?" Taehyung hissed, leaving the younger's cheeks. 

Jungkook looks at him with worried eyes. He shakes his head in denial. "Taehyung, I'll do what you say. Don't.... don't leave me.... please.... I.... I will do anything.... everything according to you. Please, Taehyung.... let's go home -"

"Shut up!" Taehyung yells again, making the younger flinch. "I don't want to be live with you!" 

Jungkook falls on his knees, joins his hands, and cries. He can do anything to keep his family together. He has no energy to go back without Taehyung. 

"Please, Taehyung. I'm your family. We.... we are your family." Jungkook begs. 

Taehyung chuckles darkly. 

"I... I don't have any family." Taehyung takes out a set of papers from the pocket of his inner jacket and throws it on the face of the younger.

Jungkook stumbles and takes the papers in his hands.

"Lie. You are lying. You.... you are lying, Taehyung." He mumbles. 

He throws the divorce papers away.
