Thor got word from Hemidall that Steve, Bucky and Tony were in Siberia, Heidi insisted he take her there.
"Steve isn't going to be happy." Thor said, Heidi simply shrugged.
"Steve will be thanking me when I stop Tony." Heidi argued.
"I'm not leaving this time." Thor demanded.
"Deal." Heidi said with a smile as Thor sighed and summoned Mjölnir.
When they landed in Siberia Heidi hunched over, holding onto her knees and taking deep breaths.
"Are you okay? I knew this was a bad idea!" Thor insisted, Heidi shook her head. "I'm just nauseous. It's fine. Let's go." She said as she headed into the building, Thor standing in front of her protectively. She heard the men fighting and snuck past Thor, taking off in their direction. Thor following closely behind.
"Tony! What the hell is going on here?" She yelled as soon as she found the men. All three stopped dead in their tracks and stared at her. Steve kept himself between Tony and Bucky, his eyes locked on his wife however.
"Did you know?" Tony spat. He had one of his regulators pointed at her, the other at Steve and Bucky.
"I know you're not aiming at me!" Heidi yelled. "I didn't know, not until today." She answered.
"You know I wouldn't hurt you." Tony promised, his entire tone was filled with anger however.
"Do I? You're the one aiming for me!" She yelled. Tony sighed and dropped his hand, his eyes still fixed on Heidi. "Killing him doesn't change what happened." She said calmly.
"I don't care. He killed my mom.." Tony said, he sounded heartbroken, not mad.
Heidi slowly walked towards the men until she was in front of Tony, putting a hand on the shoulder of his suit. "I know, you know I can relate. But it wasn't him, you know that."
"How can you defend him? He killed my parents!" Tony said, he still sounded angry but much less. He still had his regulator pointed at the men. Heidi took a step to the side, blocking him from aiming at the men until Tony dropped his hand.
"Hydra killed them. Your parents and Bucky are their victims. I know you've heard Steve go on about him, did those stories really sound like they came from a killer?" Heidi asked.
"He is a killer.." Tony said.
"Answer the question." Heidi said sternly.
"No. They don't, but it doesn't -" Tony started, Heidi cut him off.
"I didn't ask for commentary." She snapped. Bucky's eyes widened in shock at the way she spoke to Tony, and the way he reacted to her. The way his angry demeanor vanished when Heidi yelled at him.
"We've both heard the stories about the slut from Brooklyn that would do anything to protect Steve. That guy is not a killer." Heidi said calmly.
"Slut?" Bucky asked, Heidi couldn't help but laugh. But she didn't choose to respond, she kept her eyes glued on Tony.
"He's coming with us." Heidi insisted.
"All he had to do was say those goddam words.." Bucky said with a huff.
"We can help you, I already have that covered." Heidi said confidently.
"We? He's not coming back to the compound." Tony argued.
"Was I asking or was I telling?" Heidi said sternly.
"Telling." Tony said, rolling his eyes. "You know this means you're fired, right?" He asked.
