I groaned and slowly tried to stretch out, I couldn't really stretch all the way and I didn't really feel any pain, that's strange maybe the beating I got last night wasn't too bad for once. I slowly opened my eyes, blinking a few times to clear the fuzziness out of my eyes. There was a man standing next to me and I couldn't quite see his hands I didn't know what he was doing. "Good morning" I startled and tried to make myself smaller, he seemed to realize I was scared because he shot me a quick smile "it's okay I'm just checking your vitals and your I.V."
I just watched him do his thing and when he was done, he shot me another quick smile "I'm all done you just relax and hang out I've got some special people for you to meet" After he said that he just turned away and walked out of the door. I just stared at the door until I heard some footsteps approaching, my eyes grew wide, and I brought my legs up to my chest and tried to make myself small even though I was pretty small already.
The door swung open and a woman wearing a white coat came in the room followed by another women dressed really nice. The one wearing a white coat came closer to me, she was so pretty, she had long black hair and black looking eyes, she looked really tall and she wasn't even wearing those shoes that the girls always wore, she was wearing white sneakers the only color I saw was a silver thing hanging off her neck and it was swaying as she was walking towards me. The other women was a little shorter than the first and she had really pretty brown curly hair, brown eyes and she was wearing shoes I was used to seeing, black high heels along with a gray striped suit her shirt was a pretty blue, She was also holding onto a black bag that just had a small handle on it.
"Hi their sweet girl" I turned my attention to the tall lady in the white coat. "My names Angie, and this lady next to me is Susanne, Shes got some questions to ask you and I'm going to take a look at a few of your owies okay?" I just stared at her and blinked. I didn't know what to make of her or the other lady, they both looked like they could hurt me, and I didn't want to hurt anymore. The first lady, Angie, sighed and turned around and whispered in Susanne's ear. Susanne quickly shot me a small smile and reached into her bag and pulled out a pad of paper and a pen.
"Can you write the answers to my questions for me honey?" Susanne asked. I just looked at her I thought it might be a trick and I really didn't want a beating. She sighed and set the paper and the pen on the edge of the bed, then walked over to the chair and sat down. I looked at her and then turned my attention back to Angie. Angie noticed me watching her and smiled "Its okay sweet girl you can have the paper and the pen no one will take it from you"
I slowly uncurled myself and slowly reached for the paper and pen, I didn't lose eye contact with Angie because I figured she was closer to me so if she was going to hit me I had a greater chance to protect myself. She smiled at me but didn't move at all, I grabbed the paper and the pen and pulled them closer to me. When I'd grabbed the items and settled them on my lap Angie turned towards the monitor and I turned my attention to Susanne. She shot me a small smile and her eyes seemed to twinkle at me. I just turned my head sideways at her.
"Okay do you have any questions for me?"
