Quackitys POV:

I sat on my throne, gazing out the window at the warped forest my kingdom owned. I heard sprinting down the hall towards the throne room.

"King! King!" I heard one of my servants yell.

I looked to my right to see a blonde boy sprinting towards me. I straightened my posture, my eyes still glued to the servant. "What is it?" I ask.

"We found a sense of life in the Diamond kingdom!" the servant said, pointing in the direction of the Diamond kingdom. You could just barely make out a beaten up blue flag along with it's worn out castle.

I furrowed my eyebrows. "I thought we killed all of the Diamond kingdom," I say. "Yes, but remember that 8 year old prince that ran away from the war?" the servant asked.

The memory sparked my mind. The prince.

"Don't you think he'd be dead by now?" I asked. "There was no way that boy survived 15 years." "No, we found a fresh bowl of mushroom stew under a willow tree," the servant responded.

I stood up before saying, "I'll get Jschlatt to check the scene out." The servant nodded before walking back down the hall. Could the prince still be alive?

I walked down the opposite hall of the servant towards a balcony. My cape swayed behind me as I walked. Jchslatt was there this morning so he was probably still there on his phone or something. I opened the door to the balcony, and sure enough, Jchslatte was there.

Jschlatt was the other king of the Blaze kingdom. We aren't married or dating so I am still confused why there are two. Jschlatt had light skin, dark brown gelled hair that was neatly combed back, and a small beard. He had brown eyes and the horns of a ram.

"Hey, Jschlatt, one of the servants said they found life in the Diamond kingdom and there is a possibility that the prince from 15 years ago is still alive," I say, leaning against the side of the stone wall.

"What do you mean? Didn't we kill all of the Diamond kingdom?" he asked. "That's what I said, but apparently not. I don't know how he survived that long but he might still be alive," I said.

"How about we check it out? If he's alive, we could get some diamonds out of it," I added. A smile appeared on Jchslatt's face as I said the last sentence. "Good idea, just get Darryl to watch over while we are gone," Jchslatt said.

"Will do, meet me outside of the castle," I say before heading down the hall again towards Darryl's room. He wasn't my or Jchslatt's son though. We killed off his real parents and took their role. That's the reason he hates us.

But hey? You gotta do what you gotta do right?

At least he has foster parents, a sturdy castle, access to good food, and friends unlike the Diamond prince. That is, if he is still alive.

I didn't care if citizens hated us, I only cared about being king. I knocked on the door and was accompanied with a, "Come in." I opened the door to see Darryl. He had an almost angered look on his face.

Darryl had brunette hair, green eyes, tan skin, and wore a white long sleeve with red cuffs and collar. A gold rim aligned the red collar and cuffs. He also had on darker red pants and black boots that were up to his shins. He had black horns that protruded from his head and a long black tail with a spade at the end. It's funny how he's a demon but he's nice.

"I need you to watch over the kingdom while me and Jchslatt leave for a little while," I say to him. "Why? Where are you going?" Darryl asked. "One of the servants said that they found life in the Diamond kingdom so we are gonna go check it out," I replied.

That seemed to spark the boy's attention. Darryl got up before leaving the room, heading towards the throne room. I left after him, walking to the throne room as well since the doors were there. Darryl sat on a red throne with gold rims.

Jchslatt waited at the door for me. I walked out the doors of the palace with Jchslatt.

We walked in the direction of the Diamond kingdom. I started to see its worn down castle and dead trees. It looked much more beautiful before but I wanted those diamonds. There was only one good tree though.

The willow tree.

It was pretty and had hanging leaves. Once we got closer, I saw the bowl of mushroom stew my servant told me about, but something else sparked my eye. A figure that lied beneath it, in a fetal position at the roots of the willow tree. It shined blue in some areas and had raven colored hair along with limestone colored skin. That's exactly what the prince looked like 15 years ago.

He's still alive.

He was suddenly more skinny though. If he wanted, he could probably disguise as one of the dead trees and probably not be caught. I nudged Jchslatt on the shoulder, pointing to the boy that lay asleep before the willow tree. "There he is," I say.

Jchslatt pulled out a rope. I had a pocket knife just in case. We were much older and stronger than this little guy so we would most likely have no problems. We stopped in front of the willow tree. The boy wore a light blue hoodie and linen pants with black boots that weren't too high. He also had fairy-like ears with a long tail that had diamond spikes at the end.

We both crouched in front of him. I checked his pulse with two fingers and sure enough he was alive. I nodded to Jchslatt. He then started to wrap the Diamond boy in the rope. That seemed to wake him up.

The boy screamed and yelled, trying to get out from the rope. I held his legs down as Jchslatt finished his arms and moved onto his legs. Once Jchslatt finished tying him up, I brought my fist up and punched the boy in the face, knocking him out clean.

Blood trickled from his nose. I picked him up as I stood up. Jchslatt put the rope back hooked up onto his belt before also standing up. We then made our way back to the palace.

This was too easy . . .
