Darryl's POV:
Quackity then turned to me.
He walked forward to me, taking the crown off his head and instead, placing it on mine. "I think this belongs to you, Darryl."
I was very much surprised that Quackity had given me the crown and so was the citizens and Zak. Quackity was definitely not the type of person to do such. I think he is actually starting to soften up!
I pulled Quackity into a hug, hearing the hoard of people that stood in front of the stage cheer. Perhaps people had forgiven Quackity, just like I had.
I broke the hug, putting one hand on Quackity's shoulder.
"Thank you, Quackity." "Please, call me Alex," he replied with a warm smile. I smiled back, taking my hand off his shoulder.
"Very well then."
