~ When the soulmates can taste what the other eats at random times ~
→ It was a normal and quite frankly, a very boring day as you chilled on your couch to binge-watch your favourite tv series. You had nothing else to do other than ruin your eyesight and gorge on chocolate, chips and whatever junk food you had stored in your house.
→ Before you could take a bite out of your chocolate, a familiar yet sudden bitter taste enveloped your mouth and you scrunched your nose in confusion. "Coffee? I didn't eat anything coffee related."
→ You smacked your lips, sensing the faint heat and realise that your soulmate was drinking coffee. "Well shit, God made me the soulmate of the poor unfortunate guy that likes coffee."
→ "Coffee, again?" You were out grocery shopping a few days later, stocking on some food for some big emotional eating when your mouth suddenly tastes bitter. "Maybe I'll buy some too."
→ Some days go by and you realise that your soulmate LOVES coffee. Like, absolutely is in love with it in a crazy amount.
→ "You've got to be kidding me. Again? If he's gonna keep drinking coffee, at least put some sort of sweetener! My god is it extremely bitter. Talk about coffee like my soul." You grumbled out as shove the plate of food you had ordered at a restaurant away as you went out for lunch with your friends.
→ Your whole mouth tasted like coffee, overpowering whatever you ate so you couldn't taste anything else which left you in a sour mood for the rest of day out with your friends.
→ "For fucks sake! Does he not eat or drink anything else other than coffee!? Has he not seen or heard of other types of food!?" You groan out as your mouth goes dry from the awfully familiar taste again. You were ready to go to sleep and your mouth just feels bitter. "I just brushed my teeth!" You mumble out in annoyance, pulling the blanket over your head and sighing out.
The coffee better not mess with my sleep!
