Math was fun for once. Ms. Ford allowed everyone to work in groups of 4. Clary, Jace, Percy, and Ezra were all in the same group. All they had to do was full out a worksheet, have Ms. Ford check it off, and they could talk for the rest of the class. Of course, Clary was amazing at math. She finished the worksheet in about 10 minutes while everyone else copied off her's. When Ms. Ford came and looked at it, she said it was done very thoroughly and that they could talk quietly if they wanted. Clary scooted her chair closer to Jace and leaned her head on his shoulder.

"I'm tired. "She whispered.

"Then go to sleep. I'll wake you up when it's time to go to lunch. "And that's exactly what she did. Slept.

Clary was overjoyed at lunch. They had mini corndogs, her favorite. It was one of the only school lunches that didn't have mold growing on it.

"Could you get me some ketchup? "Clary asked Jace as she say down at the lunch table across from Ezra. Kaitlyn wasn't here today. She stayed home sick with the flu. So had Izzy.

"Sure, babe. " Jace answered coolly. She loved it when he called her babe. It made her feel special, even though they were engaged.

Jace left to go get ketchup and Clary was left with Ezra. They sat there for a while in awkward silence until Percy walked by. Clary waved and said hi. He says hi back and they started having a conversation. Ezra invited him to join them at the lunch table and Percy happily obliged. Jace came back with the ketchup and frowned when he saw Percy sitting next to Clary. Since Percy was there, they're weren't any seats open, so Clary sat on Jace's lap again. Jace could smell her perfume, vanilla.

"You smell really good. "He whispered. Clary was caught off guard by that statement. Didn't she always smell good?

"Don't i always smell good? "She joked. She had said thay loud enough for both Ezra and Percy to hear her and they looked at her in confusion.

"Sorry. " She muttered, "Jace said i smelled good. " Ezra laughed just as the bell rang. Clary hadn't even gotten to eat her mini corndogs. Oh well. She would just have to suffer the rest of the day without any food.

English and gym passed by in a blur, and before she knew, Clary was sitting in science next to Jace, learning about heredity. They were drawing monsters based on certain traits they got, either dominant or recessive. Clary's monster was furry, round, had two stalk eyes, two feet, polka dots, and was only cool colors. Of course, it turned out perfectly. Everything she drew did.

In social studies ask they had to do was take notes and in what seemed like 10 minutes, school was over. Clary practically ran out the door, eager to get home and spend some quality time with Jace.

A/N: Hey guys, Emma here. So i don't really know where to go from here with the story. I was thinking about maybe ending it soon because i really don't like how it's turned out. I feel like every chapter is stupid and pointless, so if you have any ideas about what i should write about, please tell me!
