Advisory was actually fun. The desks were set up in groups of four. In the middle of each of the groups was a box of 24 cards. In case you dont know what 24 is, here are the rules.

1. You have to use all the numbers

2. You can only use each number once

3. All the numbers must add up to 24

4. You can use multiplication, division, subtraction, and addition

5. You may use negative numbers

So for advisory, Ms. Ford let everyone play 24 with their groups. Of course, Jace and Clary were together, along with Ezra and Kaitlyn. Clary always won. What could she say, she was a quick thinker. In what seemed to be no more than 5 minutes, but was really the whole lesson, Clary had won every single time, except for the very last round, where Jace tricked her. Right when she was about to answer, he snuck his arm around her waist and started rubbing circles with his thumb on her hip bone. She immediatley lost her train of thought and turned all gooey-eyed.

"Cut it out, lovebirds." Ezra joked, covering his eyes. Clary just rolled her eyes and started packing up the game, not wanting to be late for her next cla class; art.

"Alright class, you may go." Ms. Ford said, surprisingly quiet. She was usually pretty loud. Clary just shrugged it off and headed towards art. She looked down and realized Jace's arm was still around her waist. He saw her looking at it and thought she didn't like it, so he began to pull it away. Before he could, Clary grabbed his wrist and put it back where it was.

"I like it when you do that." Jace whispered as they walked by a teacher.

"Do what?"

"Stop me from letting you go. It's hot." At that last comment, Clary's cheeks lit on fire. She tried to hide it by smiling, but she knew it wasn't doing any good. Jace knew exactly how to make her blush, and he sure seemed to enjoy doing so.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"That's just not fair." Jace pouted. He even crossed his arms over his (muscular) chest and stuck his bottom lip out. He resembled a two year old. A very disappointed one, too. "How come you can draw so good, but i can't."

"Is just a natural gift. You either have it or you don't." Clary teased. She liked seeing Jace this way. It showed that he didn't really beleive he could do anything. There were some things not even Jace The Almighty could do, like draw.

"Here, try it like this." Clary suggested, putting her hand over Jace's and guiding the pencil for him. "Isn't that better?"

"Much." He replied, a smile lighting up his face. God, she just loved it when he smiled, even if he did over bleach his teeth. I mean seriously, how much more white could you get?

"Are you thinking about my teeth again?" Jace asked, smirking.

"What? No!" Clary stammered. Dang it. She thought. That's the third time.

As if reading her mind Jace said, "That's the third time I've caught you staring at my marvelously white teeth. I think someone's a little jealous. Clary snorted while continuing on her drawing. It was by far the best in the class, even better than Mrs. Herron's, and that was saying something.

"Come on, it's almost time for lunch." Jace urged. He really didn't like art, did he?

"Ya, ya, keep your shirt on."

"Oh, i think we both know you definitely don't want me to do that." Clary blushed, again.

"You just proved my point." Jace gloated, smirking. "Just wait until tonight."

"Oh believe me, there is nothing more i would like than for you to take your shirt off." She said sarcastically, even though it was probably true, but she wasn't going to tell him that.

"Really?" Jace asked, thinking Clary had been serious.

"No, you idiot. Ever heard of sarcasm?"

"Was that sarcasm?"

"No!"

"What about that one?"

"You're hopeless." Clary muttered under her breath. She looked at the clock and realized Jace had been lying. There were still 15 minutes of class left, so she ignored Jace for the rest of class and finished her drawing. She was actually pretty proud of it. She had drawn a flower, but not just any flower. The special flowers in the green house back at The Institute. The ones that almost came to life at night.

"Look at what i drew." Jace cried, stuffing his paper in Clary's face. She looked down at it and was surprised to see the same thing she had drawn; the flowers.

"Did you copy me?" Clary asked.

"No. What, did you draw the same thing?" Jace said it like a question, but it sounded like he already knew the answer.

"Ya. Great minds think alike, i guess." Jace just chuckled and finished shading the petals.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The last bell of the day had rung 2 minutes ago and Clary was currently with Kaitlyn. Why, you might ask? Well, Ezra and Jace both had football* practice, and Kaitlyn and Clary had to wait for them. Well, they didn't have to wait for them, but they chose to.

Clary snorted. "Look at them. They're going all crazy over Jace." A group of girls had gathered on the bleachers and they were obnoxiously starting at Jace and giggling about him.

"Look at them." Kaitlyn gestured to a different group of girls. They all had their phones out and were trying to get pictures of Jace. Wow, the things girls would do for a cute boy.

The coach's whistle blew, signaling a break, and Jace looked up towards the bleachers. First he noticed Clary and waved, then his eyes found the group of girls taking pictures and winked. They just about fainted.

"I got it on video!" One of them called out, jumping up and down. The others immediatley swarmed her, trying to see the video. Clary just rolled her eyes and watched the field. She actually liked to watch Jace play, not just stare at his strong arms, or face.

"All right, team. Take off your pads, we're doing strength training for the rest of practice." Coach Dolan barked. He was so loud, everyone on the entire field, even on the bleachers, could hear him loud and clear.

The boys groaned in unison and began taking off their shoulder pads and shin guards. They were left in loose fitting jerseys and white leggings. Jace was the captain of the team, so he led the workout. About half way through, he got too hot and took his jersey off, leaving him shirtless. This time, one of the girls with the phones actually fainted. Jace looked up at Clary and winked. She could tell he was remembering their conversation in art. She laughed, but didn't take her eyes away from his chest.

Now she was just like those creepy girls, staring. *sigh*
