City Of Clace Chapter 12

Soon the weekend was over and it was time to go back to school.

"Ugh! "Clary groaned as her alarm went off. She rolled to the side of the bed and bumped into Jace. She had forgotten he was here with her. Clary had taken to sleeping in the Institute so, even though technically she didnt live there, almost all her clothes and belongings were in Jace's room and she hardly ever spent the night back at her house.

Clary had women up Jace when she bumped into him.

"Good morning, beatiful. "He said, letting a huge yawn escape his mouth.

"Good morning. I'm gonna get in the shower. "She replied. Clary already knew what Jace was going to say next.

"Can i join you?" He asked, smirking.

"No. "Clary said while throwing her pillow at his face. It hit with an oomph. As Clary got up and walked to the bathroom, she could feel Jace's eyes on her, but let's just say it was in a spot she didn't like.

When Clary stepped out of the bathroom in her towel she found Jace had already gotten dressed and was lounging on the bed. When he saw Clary was only wearing a towel his eyes opened wide and a smile played at his lips.

"I'm just getting my clothes, then going right back into the bathroom."Clary said with a warning look in her eyes.

She looked around in her closet and found something to wear. A pair of black leggings and a purple tank top with a purple and blue plaid (idk how to spell that) shirt open in the front. She put on a little mascara and was done. After she had changed and walked back into the bedroom, Clary and Jace went downstairs to get some breakfast.

They found Izzy already downstairs looking perfect, as usual, making breakfast.

"Oh good. Do you guys want any breakfast?"she asked them.

Even though Clary's stomach was growling, and she was sure Jace's was too, they politely declined and left for the bus.

The bus got they're just on time, 7:45. Clary noticed almost everyone was starting at her and Jace when they walked on. She had expected the girls, but almost all the guys were staring too. She saw Jace give them all murderous looks and realized why they were staying. Because of her. She had never really had a lot of guys think she was pretty, but now almost everyone did. Clary couldn't help it, she laughed.

"What's so funny? "Jace asked.

"Just you. "She answered as they say down in a seat near the front. "You look hot when your jealous. Too bad we're on the bus. "

Clary could tell that had turned him on because she heard a low growl escape his mouth. Again, she laughed.

Soon the bus was at school. Clary and Jace walked off and ran into Lauren. She must have been waiting there for them.

"Wow. Stalker much? "Clary muttered, making Jace laugh.

"What? What's so funny?!" Lauren demand. She obviously did not like being left out.

Jace and Clary just walked off, not bothering to say anything. It just want worth it, but Clary did make sure to grab Jace's hand, not so subtly. As they walked away Clary had a bad feeling in her gut. She just couldn't get rid of it.

"Oh well. "She thought and kept waking.
