Hunter's POV
I pulled into Jana's driveway. It was way too late and I was scared her parents would be mad, but that was worth it considering the night we'd had. There were a lot of firsts tonight: our first Christmas activity together, our first time getting kicked out of a light park, our first time kissing under mistletoe. It was also our first "time" together, to put it bluntly.
I took the keys out of the ignition and got out of the car. Jana was collecting her things when I opened her door, and I helped her out. I took her hand in my own, molding our fingers together. I pressed my lips to her hand. I then gently grabbed both of her hands and brought them to my face. I blew into them, warming them.
"I love you so much," I whispered with my lips against her ear.
Jana leaned into me as we walked. "I love you too." We had reached her porch. She stood across from me and wrapped her arms around my neck. I moved my hands to her waist and held on as tightly as possible.
"Thank you for an absolutely amazing night," she said slowly.
"Thank you," I responded, "for being the most amazing, most beautiful, most adorable girl in the whole entire world. And for one of the best nights of my life." My lips came closer and closer to hers with each word.
Jana pulled my face to hers. Our lips locked in one last passionate kiss before she unlocked the front door and stumbled in.
"Now I just have to hope my parents aren't still up," she said, laughing. "I love you so much, Hunter. Goodnight," she whispered.
"Love you too," I said as she shut the door, ending our perfect night.
