"[Y/N], we need to talk," My heart stopped when my phone lit up with that message from Mia, fear sinking in as I lifted my phone and unlocked it.
With a shaky breath, I typed the message about a dozen times before there were no more spelling mistakes. "Okay, what do you want to talk about?"
"In person. Meet me at the local coffee shop in thirty minutes."
"Do I at least get a hint as to what this is about?"
After five minutes passed without her so much as opening my message, I let out a groan that was a mixture of fear and annoyance. I wanted the answer, but I feared what it would be. 'Does she not want to be friends anymore? Did she find out I like her?! ...Did she find out I like her girlfriend? Oh, gods... if she found out I like Miranda, she'll kill me! Please just be some sick prank to get me out of the house!'
I sighed and forced myself out of my bed, moving to my bathroom for a quick shower. After the shower and quickly getting dressed, I left my house before locking the door and making my way along the sidewalk. 'She can't know... She doesn't know! There's no way either knows I like them! Stop overthinking!'
By the time I reached the coffee shop and saw Mia waiting inside, I had the urge to turn and leave. 'It's just to get me out of the house, that's all,' I said to myself before entering the coffee shop. As I made my way over to Mia, she sent me a smile before motioning to the seat across from her. Once seated, she slid over a cup of water before leaning back in her seat, bringing her cup of coffee to her lips.
"Do you have feelings for Miranda?"
My heart stopped at her question as fear filled my system. 'This is it... This is where we stop being friends...'
"Well?"
"...No..."
"What about for me?"
"Still no," I muttered before taking a sip of water. "Where's this-?"
"Why are you lying?" She sighed and looked up, locking eyes with me.
"...Look, Mia, if you're ending this friendship because of-."
"What gave you that impression?!" Mia gasped before leaning over the table.
"Is... Is that not what you wanted to talk about? I mean I just... With how you were when you and Ethan were dating-."
"That... That was different. Miranda and I — we just understand each other better. That's not the point! The point is; I wanted to talk about a surprise for Miranda's birthday tonight."
'Oh-.' I paused and sent her a confused look. "Wait, then why does it matter if I like you both?"
"Because my present for her benefits us all. She's mentioned she finds you attractive-,"
"And you're fine with that?"
"And I've mentioned how I've dreamed of you joining us. I know you've fantasized about it — especially when we make out in front of you. It's why I initiate it so often when you're around."
"...I had my suspicions," I scoffed with a smile. "Alright, let's hear your plan."
Mia's plan was simple — I'd show up two hours before Miranda normally gets home to eat while discussing more of the plan. When the time came, I nervously sat next to Mia in their dining room, tapping on the table while she looked through a cookbook Miranda had brought from Romania. A soft sigh left the woman before she grabbed my jaw and brought our faces close together, a squeak of shock leaving me.
Her eyes flickered to my lips and I knew what she was silently asking, causing me to lean closer to her. Before our lips could connect, however, the door opened and Miranda walked in. I froze in place while the door shut slowly, noticing the grin that spread across Mia's face. 'Sly devil. She tricked me.'
"You're early," Mia hummed and glanced at Miranda.
"I didn't want to miss a second of the show," Miranda's purr made me shudder, the sound of her heels clicking growing louder the closer she got. "But, I believe we need to make and eat dinner first."
"Ri-right..." I muttered and moved away from Mia. "So... What's for dinner?"
Mia stole a kiss before moving to the kitchen, leaving me alone with Miranda — who was now seated next to me. A smooth hand slid along my jaw and turned my head, guiding me into a kiss with Miranda. 'Holy fuck, it's actually happening-.' The kiss remained gentle until her hand slipped to the back of my neck, pulling me closer until I felt like I was being pulled onto her lap.
"Are you sure-?"
"Mia likes cooking," Miranda muttered as her lips moved to my neck. "Plus, she'll enjoy the show."
"Okay," I breathed and tilted my head back, letting my eyes flutter shut as her kisses continued. "It's your birthday anyway."
"And what a wonderful birthday it will be," She growled before biting my neck to pull a moan out of me.
Miranda's kisses continued as she held me close, her hands greedily roaming my body. I shuddered when she lifted my shirt, immediately moving her kisses to my chest. The sound of metal hitting metal snapped me out of my trance and made me glance back at Mia, watching her eyes scan over what was happening while she was making dinner.
I smiled when our eyes locked, letting out a loud moan after Miranda left another bite. Mia's grip on the ladle in her hand tightened as I arched into Miranda, never breaking eye contact with the other woman. I smirked when she set the ladle down, making me rock my hips against Miranda's thigh and moan out Mia's name.
"You..." Mia growled once she was close, gripping my throat and ghosting her lips over mine. "Are a temptress."
"I'm just being the present you wanted me to be," I giggled, running my fingers through Miranda's hair. "She certainly seems to be enjoying it."
"I think she's just enjoying those," Mia hummed while glancing at my breasts.
Miranda slowly pulled away from my chest, a dazed look on her face. "Should I not be?"
"Hush," I huffed, pushing her face back. "Get back to your gift."
Mia pecked my lips before laughing and moving away, returning to the kitchen reluctantly. 'This was not how I expected this day to go,' I thought as I turned my attention back to Miranda. 'But this is so much better than what I thought would happen when I got that text.' My fingers tightened in Miranda's hair when her grip on my waist tightened, pulling my hips closer to her.
"Half tempted to ask Mia if we can skip right to dessert," Miranda growled and looked up to lock eyes with me. "I'm sure she wouldn't mind."
"Not happening, Miranda!" Mia called, earning a laugh from me.
"Guess even the all-powerful Miranda has to wait until after dinner to have dessert."
"...I can't wait to have you both screaming my name," Miranda huffed with a small glare.
