"Can I just stay here? Please?"

The redhead slowly nodded and pulled you close, letting you bury your face in her neck as silent tears fell down your cheeks. Her arms held you tight as she rubbed your back, waiting for you to calm down. Once you were calm, you slowly pulled away from her, letting her wipe away your stray tears.

"But... you hated me; I know you did." She muttered with a frown, glancing away.

"I had to," You whimpered out, gently grabbing her hands. "If I didn't, it would make staying in that village hurt more. It was Hell there, I wanted nothing more than to run away and find you. But when I couldn't, I grew to hate you — to hate that we weren't together, that you couldn't come save me."

"I wish I could've." She whispered out, resting her forehead against yours. "So, what's my soulmate's name?"

"[Y/N]," You whispered, a small smile tugging on the corner of your lips. "And what's my soulmate's name?"

"Daniela Dimitrescu." She hummed with pride, a wide grin on her face. "Right! I should introduce you to everyone."

She pulled away from you and motioned to the other women, flies separating from her as giggles passed her lips. "These are my older sisters, Bela and Cassandra."

You bowed slightly to them, hiding against Daniela's arm when Cassandra sent you a slight glare. It's not that you didn't understand why she did it, it's just the fact that she seemed to be the more dangerous one. Daniela hissed at her sister, holding you to her side.

"Dani, you've only just met her, we're supposed to be protective of you. You know soulmates can be turned on each other." Cassandra growled, narrowing her eyes at you. "We don't know if she's been turned on you or not."

You immediately shook your head, a soft whimper leaving you. "I'd never side with them. They've made these last three years a living hell for me — teasing me, threatening me, attacking me... I hate them and I never want to see them again."
