After champion

Day

"Okay guys we're about to land in five minutes be ready" the pilot comes out and tells us.
I try to shake nat awake
"Hey nat nat nat" i get closer to nat's ear and whisper
"Hey nattie you ready for fun?" He gets up startled and unaware where he's at. Me and june are laughing so hard we start to cry.
"Well yes i am if i say so myself" we laugh even harder at the remark.
The plane starts to swerve left to right. We each hang on to the net around the wall of the plane.

It's so dark outside yet so much light is coming from the city. I don't think they'll ever get to see a beautiful clear sky in their lives.
"Okay guys we're here!" The pilot yells.
"Okay got it." I yell back.
I'm so nervous i don't want to do this to june. I want her to know she's safe even though i doubt she'll be. June starts messing her hair up even more.
"Well how do i look?" June asks
"Whoa i can barely recognize you like that. You still look as beautiful as ever" i smile at her and kiss her one last time.
i look over at nat who looks scared.
"Nat what's wrong." I ask and june comes behind me.
"I'm scared. What happens if we get caught. What happens if june gets caught?"
"Don't worry nat nothing bad will happen we'll be fine and so will june. i promise" i pat nat in the shoulder.
We get in a circle and go over our plans again. Then we get in a group huh not knowing if this will be our last one again.

"Alright. Let's go" i grab june from her elbows.
"I love you june"
"Love you too"
We board out the plane. June trips on purpose to get dirt on her face. I frown a little. We are stopped outside a building.
"What are you doing here?"
"We're here to put a prisoner in their place. We think she might serve of information from the republic."
"Why did you have to bring here over here then?"
"We wanted to make sure that she would not be able to escape. If she did she wouldn't have the chance to go back in the streets. If she's here she has no chance."
"That's true. Right this way."
That was surprisingly easy. They should have asked for an id at least since me and nat don't even have one.

We get to the jail cell. Me and nat look at each other. The other soldier looks at us.
"So what are you doing? Throw her in there"
Me and nat look at june. As much as it hurts us to do this we have to in order to keep our disguise. I pick june up a little more and whisper something to her
"I'm so sorry" then i throw her in the cell. Even if it was a weak throw you could still hear the thud the floor made when june hit the ground.
Me and nat walk another direction and go outside.
"So what now?" Nat starts to ask.
"Okay today we'll sleep in a hotel or something. Then we come back here and pretend to work on items or practice."
nat nods unsure if this plan will work.
We get to a hotel and ask to spend the night.
We go back to the building and start to over hear things.
"Man i hate antartica i hope the republic wins so that the elector can actually change everything here and make things better."
"Oh really?" I say with a grin.
Me and nat grab the guy and put him in a cell.
"Next time at least act loyal to Antarctica" i say with a grin and leave.
One down who knows how many more to go.
