June

Day gets a phone call from an unknown number he picks up and at the end he just falls to the floor.

"Day what's wrong?"me and nat look concerned. Day doesn't answer but starts to hit the floor. I hug him from behind and try to comfort him. Nat just stares helplessly not knowing what to do. Day looks up at me after three minutes. His face is wet from tears and his eyes are puffy and red.
"June, they have tess and eden." Day says in a whisper.
I feel myself start to cry. Tess has become like a sister to me. No. She is my sister. I sit down next to day and wipe my tears off. I miss eden and tess. They were so good for each other but getting kidnapped wasn't in the plans to get them together. Day is still crying. But i am not. I don't feel anything. I don't feel sad nor do i feel mad. I feel numb actually. I hope tess and eden are okay. I wish i could see them right now. I wish they were right here standing in front of me and day. I wish they would run up to both of us and hug us. I clench my fist and feel all my tears come out. i'm angry. How come on the time i finally get to see day again everything falls apart again.
"Hey guys don't worry everything" nat starts saying before i cut him off
"Don't say everything is going to be okay! Nothing is okay!" I lash out at nat unexpectedly. This wasn't his fault. I take a moment to breath before i apologize.
"Look nat i'm sorry for screaming at you. I know it isn't your fault. you're just trying to be a good friend."
"Nah it's okay i understand. That's how i acted when i found out my parents were gone" he does a cheesy grin at the end but i know through all that cheese is sadness. He looks down trying to hide his face. I see him start to cry also. I go up to him and put him next to day. I hug both of them. nat stops crying.
"Man i can't believe after so many years i still can't get over them."
Me and day say this is unison
"Same here" we look at each other and smile.
"Okay it's time to stop crying and time to start looking for them."
"Can i come along too!?" Nat screams out to be heard. He's become almost like another eden. Even though we only met him like a day ago it seems like we've known him for longer.
"Sure kid. Let's go." Day starts to sprint then me then nat.
"Hey don't call me kid!" Nat screams which makes me laugh.
we get to my apartment as a hiding spot for right now.
"Okay the war is still going on so we have to be very quiet now in order to get from place to place." I say in almost a whisper.
They nod in agreement. We call anden first to inform him on our arrival.
Three rings he picks up.
"Hello?"
"Anden it's me june"
"June! I'm glad to hear from you."
"No time to celebrate just yet i need help."
"Okay meet me at my office in ten minutes"
"Okay see you there"
With that i hang up. We don't waste time.
"No time to waste let's go" i say to day and nat.
We get out the door and try to silently make our way to his office.
