❝SHANTEY❞
It was Sunday morning, the day of the Lights On Fest and her Ledé Crew was all over her new compound, getting her prepared to leave to Concord. Her executive assistant and stylist were in her two-story closet getting her outfits to wear for her performance and what she'll wear arriving to the festival, while Shantey continued her mothering; changing Azoni in his safari-themed nursery. Doing her kids rooms was important to her which had her working closely with the interior designer to acknowledge each of their personalities and likes in the decor. The wallpaper mimics wood planks for a warm texture with adorable artwork of baby animals on the wall with the baby crib. Beside the crib was a steamer trunk for book storage next to a large houseplant and that was beside armchair that a white stuffed lion peeking around the bottom with a noble sketch of her pregnant with Azoni that her brother in-law drew in the neutral colors of soft brown and gray. A rustic wood cabinet complements the nursery wood walls and full of fur pillows, and shag carpet.
Shantey occupied the white curved sofa with soft fur throw pillows, placing a fresh diaper on the nine-month-old that held his bottle himself as he intakes the milk. She adored a nude French Terry oversized hoodie pairing with matching DÈXE APPAREL sweatpants. Seona appeared running happily into the nursery. "I went to the potty Mom!"
Shantey lifted Azoni up with a proud smile. "Good job, mami. Did you wipe yourself?"
"Yup! Front-to-back like taught me." Seona happily smacked the palm of hers into her mothers as a celebratory for her achievement.
"That's my good mami." Standing up with a low grunt, she held Azoni up on her hip as he still managed to hold his bottle. "Let's go sniff breakfast Scottie's cooking."
The two-year-old was eager to rush out with Shantey following her. Just as she made it to the bottom of staircase that led right into the large living room open to the kitchen that was completed with cathedral, exposed wood beam ceilings, a restoration chandelier, stone fireplace, and built-in white oak shelving. The large sectional was being paced normally by her manager Jasmine, who spoke business on her cellphone. She blocked the bottom of her phone and looked over at Shantey to lowly say, "We're leaving in an hour."
Nodding and allowing her manager to talk her talk, Shantey walked to kitchen just off the living room. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all Miele appliances, Coppersmith range hood, and custom white oak cabinetry with custom brass handles. Scottie was maneuvering naturally around the kitchen preparing the breakfast with Seona talking her ear off about her using her potty.
