Charlie's POV
TW: SH, mention of SH.

"Hey Chase?" I whisper quietly.

"Mhm" He says lifelessly.

"Do you wanna talk to me?" I ask, this may make him more emotional but I have to take the chance.

"Yeah" he sighs.

"What happened?" I ask.

"You can tell me don't worry" I continue.

"When we we're at our date I just started feeling like I needed to cut so I told Isaac that I wasn't feeling to well and was going to go home I was sorry about it but when he suggested to take me home I said no and left the restaurant and found a broken bottle on the floor, I used the hand sanitiser from my bag and cleaned it and then cut." He explains.

Luckily he used hand sanitiser on the blade of glass because he could've gotten an infection.

"Then I saw Isaac running towards me and by then I was in tears and he knew... he knew what happened. He helped me home and now I'm here"

"Are you sure that's all that happened?" I ask.

Im prying him right now but I need to know one thing.

"Yes" he says.

"There isn't anything else like what you wanted to do with the glass other than cut?"

He is now silent, it fills the room, his breathing escalated before slowing down and then finally the tears come.

"I wanted to kill myself, I wanted to end my life I feel hopeless and that that's the only way out" he cry's.

I pull him into a bear hug and explain to him. "No matter what it always get better and using a shortcut to get out of the tunnel stops you from getting to the end of the tunnel and having that satisfaction."

"Yeah your right" Chase says.

"Where's isaac?" Chase asks. His voice entangled with panic and fear.

"ISAAC!" Chase screams.

Isaac comes flying down the stairs and too Chase.

"What's wrong?" Isaac pleads.

"I thought you left me" Chase sobs.

"I would never leave you"

Nick comes down the stairs with a new shirt on.

"Chase maybe it's time to rest your body and mind need it"

"Ok" Chase cry's. "Can Isaac stay with me?"

"Absolutely..." Nick starts.

"Absolutely he can stay" I say. "Come one let's go upstairs and get you ready for bed Chase" I take chase and Isaac upstairs and they go to bed.

When I walk down the stairs Nick is waiting there for me, his face angry.

"What?" I ask.

"You know we said Isaac isn't aloud to stay overnight!"

"I know but this is when Chase has just relapsed"

"Remember when we got into an argument and I relapsed you slept over that night?"

"Yeah?" Nick says.

"That's this situation but a little different"

"Yeah, your right sorry" Nick realises.
