Asteria Celeste Averix Levington POV

It appears we are here in the room and here on the bed.

"I want a mango," I replied, tears streaming down my face. I no longer felt ashamed to show her my tear-streaked face. I really want it.

"Do you really want it?" I nodded in confirmation.

"Yes."

"But Estria, you can't find mangoes at this time, it's three in the morning," she explained. She asked if I wanted a mango, but she wouldn't give it to me. My heart just hurt more and more.

"Alright, I want mango right now," I declared, reaching for my phone.

"Tch," was all she said, indicating her annoyance. I proceeded to dial my phone.

"The morning you were called rascal," Yusei complained.

"Yusei, can I have a favor?" I inquired.

"What?" She seemed sleepy.

"Hmm, bring me a mango please" I begged, hoping she would give me mango.

"Later, Grumpy. I'll buy it first," She responded on the other end of the line.

"No I want now."

"What? Right now? You're asking too much," she replied, yet she still managed to say "Yes."

"Yes, fine. I'll check if there's anything. If Cyra doesn't truly love you, I won't give it to you," she whispered. Perhaps that will pay off for her.

"Yay! Thank you," I exclaimed, releasing my cellphone with a smile.

"Who's that?" asked the person next to me, frowning.

"Yusei" l answered.

"Cyra's girlfriend?" I nodded

Just a few minutes later, the doorbell rang. I immediately stood up, thinking it might be Yusei.

"Oh, Sorin, why are you here?" I asked, opening the door to Sorin, mistakenly thinking he was Yusei. I also panicked a little because Kian might see her. You know what happens whenever she sees Sorin and me together.

"Yusei was busy sleeping, so I bought the mangoes," she explained, handing me the bagged mangoes. There was a generous amount of them. I'm sure they will be delicious. I smiled at her appreciatively.

"Thank you," I exclaimed excitedly, and in the moment, I kissed her on the cheek. Oh, Asteria. Quickly, I glanced around to see if Kian was nearby. Luckily, there was no sign of him. She also smiled back at me.

"You're welcome. I'll go back to sleep now," she said, bidding goodbye. I simply nodded in response. Excitedly, I hurried to the kitchen and began peeling the mangoes. The anticipation was palpable.

Kian is beside me, giving me a disapproving look.

"Why did you kiss that girl on the cheek?" Her voice was filled with anger. My eyes widened in shock. She saw that. Despite feeling nervous, I tried to maintain composure and looked at her, silently assessing the situation.

"I was just really happy, that's all," I responded, feeling the need to justify myself. I knew she would make a big deal out of it if I didn't answer. Meanwhile, she and Kate are kissing face to face.

"Thankful kiss. It's a trend now," she said sarcastically. I couldn't believe what she said.

"It's up to you," I replied calmly. Then, I turned my attention back to my mango, trying to defuse the tension.

I sat in the living room and enjoyed my mango, dipping it into whatever sauce I had nearby.

"Would you like some?" I offered, noticing her curiosity about what I was eating.
