I laughed in my mind when I noticed our setting tonight. It's like we're really family. It's like we played a happy home, I'm the mommy, Tim is the Daddy and Sophie is our daughter.
The three of us ate together quietly at the dining table. After what happened earlier, Tim never spoke to me again. I don't even know what happened to him and why he suddenly became silent.

It's true that I was really happy. I didn't think that she would appreciate my cooking and because of me she ate meat now.
"Alright, finish your food, Sophie, so you can take a half bath and then sleep."
Sophie nodded.
After the three of us ate, I put away the dishes we ate from. I washed everything and after I did that I accompanied Sophie to her room and prepared clothes for her to wear after half bath.
Sophie finished taking a half bath and getting dressed, I thought of accompanied her to her room and talked to her.
We both lay on her bed.
"Mommy thank you for staying with us."
She suddenly said.
I also felt the fear in her eyes that I might leave Them.
"Of course my dear m-mommy loves you."
I replied and kissed her forehead.
"Mommy can you read me a story so I can sleep."
"Sure, what story do you want to hear?"
"I like beauty and the beast! Daddy doesn't read me stories."
I took her story book called Beauty and the beast from the side of her bed.
"Okay, come and hug mommy while I read the story."
Sophie obeyed and hugged me.
I suddenly smiled.
"Once upon a time in a far away land."
I started to read the story.
"There was a young prince who was cast under a spell."
Sophie just listens to me quietly.

After a few minutes I noticed that she was closing her eyes.
"Through many ups and downs, he found love with Beauty, and she, in time, returned his love."
When I looked at Sophie again, her eyes were closed and she was snoring.

Just in time and I finished the story.
"They marry and the prince's spell is broken, and they live happily ever after."
Suddenly the door opened and Tim walked in. He saw that His daughter was already asleep.
"Oh Sophie is already asleep, thanks Kar Because I don't have time to bond with her."
He said.
"It's okay, I know you're busy sometimes."
I closed the book and slowly remove Sophie's hand in my fingers then stood up.
Tim went out before me while I slowly went out of Sophie's room.
I smiled while staring at the innocent face. I suddenly felt guilty because Tim and I both fooled her.
I shook my head and closed the door.
When I entered Tim's room I was surprised to see him with his shirt off.
"Why are you naked?"
I suddenly asked.
"This is how I sleep because I sleep comfortably when I'm naked."
He explained.
Okay, a Man thing.
I, on the other hand, seemed to be uncomfortable knowing that he had no shirt on only his boxer and I could see his hard abs.
I looked away and lay down next to Him. Suddenly, my heart beat faster.
Fuck! Why did I agree to the job offered by Him?
I didn't think well that this is a difficult job for me, especially since we have a past in each other.
I cursed in my mind.
But there is nothing I can do because it has already happened.
I was laying down at the edge of the bed as well Tim and we turned our backs on each other.
I closed my eyes.
Because I was tired, I fell asleep easily.
In the middle of the night, they both didn't realize that they were sleeping too badly. Maybe because they were both so asleep, and they didn't realize that they were hugging each other.
