Katsuki Bakugo often rose with the sun, and today was no different. The young, blond Alpha was up and out of bed before most in the Castle. He liked to make the most out of each and every day and he needed to be prepared for today especially. He dressed himself in a set of loose fitting clothes and headed to the training ground to get in some last minute practice before he left for the Jade Kingdom later that day.

"Good morning, Your Royal Highness." Katsuki heard countless servants say, they bowed respectfully as he strode purposefully along the corridors. The blond Alpha continued on his journey, clear determination in his bright crimson eyes. He walked proudly and made eye contact with no one, running a hand through his own spiky blond hair and letting a deep huff escape his lips.

A few moments later he pushed open the heavy wooden doors, stepping into the large, open training arena, he made his way towards the armoury. He was busy cleaning his armour, something he preferred to manage himself, when he heard one of the doors creak open. "You're late." He spat the words out, glancing over his shoulder at the red haired Alpha that entered from the opposite side. Finally, he could put some of his frustration to good use.

"Good morning to you too, Your Highness," Kirishima smirked as he bowed in front of the other Alpha. The two Alphas had been friends since they were pups, often fighting and teasing each other.

"Oh knock it off Shitty hair. Get your sword and let's get on with this. Today needs to be over and done with as soon as physically possible." With that Katsuki placed his armour back on the stand, picked up his sword and stepped out into the arena. The red head followed quickly behind, keen to help his friend and Prince.

The two Alphas began to fight, the blond Alpha was clearly the higher skilled of the two but the other did give him a fair challenge. This is how Katsuki liked to begin most of his days, it enabled him to work out any extra stress and frustration so he didn't take it out on others. The sharp clang of metal hitting metal, and loud grunts, could be heard across the arena as they exchanged blows.

The young Prince was known to be a boisterous and hot-headed Alpha. He did pride himself on his reputation, but his Mother had told him that it was time for him to find an Omega to mate and marry so that their Royal family line could carry on. This was what was driving his frustration this morning, Kirishima could feel his friend's anger in every strike of his sword. The red head was beginning to struggle to parry and block each swing directed his way. The red head decided to drive the frustration further.

"You are on top form this morning, Bakubro. Is there something on your mind? Is it about tonight? I've heard that Prince Midoria is supposed to be the most beautiful Omega in all of the Kingdoms. Man, I wish I was in your shoes." Kirishima's intention to wind up the other Alpha did not go unnoticed. The blond grunted as he put more force behind each swing, driving the other backwards across the dirt and sand.

"Well, you should go then!" He growled as he finally managed to loosen Kirishima's grip on his sword, he pinned him to the floor with his body and held the blade to his neck. "This whole situation is a waste of my time, I don't know why the old hag is so desperate for me to attend the stupid rituals." He relaxed and moved to sit next to his friend. The adrenaline was wearing off and he slumped down against a wooden pillar.

"We both know why, you have a responsibility and your Mother only wants the best for you. We all do." Kirishima sat up, brushing the dirt off his clothes. There was no response from the other Alpha. "Look, you can either grumble through the whole day and be miserable, or put a smile on that rugged face of yours and see it as an opportunity to show off your talents. You know what all of the trials will be, and we both know that the other Alphas will be no match for you. You've fought most of them before anyway, you are no match for their skill levels." With that, he glanced over and could see a small smirk visible on Katsuki's face.
