"Oh Izuku, there you are," the Queen was still crying as she held her son tightly, so tightly that he was struggling to breath.
"Mother, please. I-I'm ok, but I n-need to be able to b-breathe," his voice came out all squeaky until she let him go.
"I don't care, I was so worried about you. Where were you? What possessed you to leave your room alone and return to the exact location in which you were taken?" She was checking him over for any injuries as she berated him with questions. Then he glanced at the blond Alpha Prince who was standing with Aizawa. He had his head down, yet kept stealing glances at the Omega Prince. "I want to see both of you in the Throne Room tomorrow morning after breakfast," she waited until both had acknowledged her order with a nod. "Good, now off to bed with both of you. Prince Bakugo, I will need to speak to your parents regarding this," although she was an Omega, the Alpha knew his place.
"Oh course, Your Highness," he bowed his head and made his way up the stairs to his guest chambers.
Izuku watched him go, he couldn't help but notice that he wasn't standing as proud as he had been before they had been caught.
His mother took his arm and led him back to his room.
"I'm only behaving like this because I love you and I worry. When you have your own pups you'll understand," she gave his arm a squeeze as they arrived at the door.
"Yes, I know that. There is more to what happened though I will explain it tomorrow. Please don't be angry with Prince Bakugo, he was only trying to help me." Once they arrived back to his room, Izuku went straight to his bed and snuggled up in his nest, trying to stop a yawn escaping. He was not successful.
"I will leave you to rest. Please think about the two Alphas that are left. Maybe we shouldn't have gone through with this trial business," she shook her head, "I'm going to speak with your father."
Izuku watched her go. He hoped that she wasn't going to send Prince Bakugo away. He hadn't decided between the final two Alphas, he intended to see how the final trial went. But he did know that he wanted Prince Bakugo to have a chance. The Alpha had been nothing but kind to him recently and he had won the second trial. Izuku didn't ask for much, he was a well behaved Omega Prince. But this was important to him, he was going to stand his ground.
Yawning again, he snuggled deeper into his nest. It wouldn't be long until he had to get up for breakfast, he should get as much rest as possible.

The following morning, Izuku was up and dressed before Uraraka had knocked on his door.
"What is going on here? Has the Prince been replaced? I have been working here for a while now and you have never been up and ready before I have arrived," she stood there amazed, wondering what had changed for the young Omega.
"I just have a lot on my mind at the moment. I know the audience with my parents this morning will be exhausting, and I don't want my mother to punish Prince Bakugo."
"But he encouraged you to sneak out unsupervised. I know that you chose him to be in the final two, it's just that all of this is causing me to feel a little uneasy about him." She followed him to his bed. "I just worry about you."
"I get that, I really do. Let's go down to breakfast and I can tell you what happened." The two walked together, of course they were accompanied by two guards. As they walked Izuku told her about last night.
"Well I guess that changes things somewhat. Though, I'm still a little unsure about the Prince. Why did it have to be done in secret? Or during the day?"
