As soon as the three emerged from the treeline, they were greeted by chaos. Word had been sent to the Queen immediately after Izuku hadn't arrived at the second checkpoint. Some guards had been sent in to deal with the intruders, but they hadn't come back yet.

The field was busy with activity, several tents had been erected and people were busy hurrying around.

No one was sure if Izuku had been caught by one of the contending Alphas. It had been a delayed response once they'd learnt that the trial area had been invaded. Queen Inko was beside herself with worry. Seeing her sun in the arms of one of the Alphas finally bringing her to tears.

King Yagi strode purposefully towards the three.

"What happened? Are you ok? Are you hurt anywhere?" The large Alpha was doing his best to check the Omega Prince for any injuries, but Prince Bakugo was holding him quite tightly to his chest. Upon realising this, the blond Alpha gently set Izuku on his feet.

"Thank you. Thank you both," he looked at both of the Alpha Princes standing before him, "again you were there to protect me. I owe you both a great deal." Izuku bowed his head to both of them.

Prince Bakugo simply grunted in response, the other Alpha straightening his posture before saying, "I will always be there to protect you, as long as I am needed."

"Oh, er, thank you," that was a little deeper than Izuku was expecting from the always so serious Alpha. He then turned his focus to his father, "what of the Betas? Is Ochaco alright?"

King Yagi smiled down at his son, "they are fine, she and one other have a few cuts and scrapes but they will be ok. You can see them when you have been checked over yourself," he pointed to a tent that had been erected a few feet away, "I will escort you there myself. This way." He frog-marched the young Omega to the medical tent where his mother was waiting, not so patiently.

She immediately began fussing over him once he was within her grasp. "I knew something like this would happen! I just knew it! Didn't I tell you. Just imagine if I hadn't put these extras into place. I dread to think what would have happened to you," she had stopped crying by now, but her distress was clearly etched across her features.

"I am ok, I promise. The Alpha Princes were there to protect me. Now, I want to speak with you, but I would like to check on the Betas first. They were in there to help protect me, I need to see them, Mother."

"I know, I know. You can, once you have been looked over by the doctor yourself."

Izuku whimpered but nodded, knowing that his mother was not going to budge on the issue. He felt fine physically, but being in the presence of that scarred Alpha again had unnerved him more than he was letting on. He was a Prince, he had to keep his emotions under control. His Alpha would need a strong Omega Queen, not a stressed out and anxious wreck. Some time alone in his Library might help.

Izuku was quickly checked over by the Palace Doctor. No surprise that he was cleared pretty quickly. His mother gave the all clear for him to visit the Betas that had been attacked during the trial. He dashed over to the other tent.

"Ochaco, there you are, are you ok? Of course you're not ok, you were attacked-"

"Prince Izuku, please calm down. I am ok, just a few scrapes that I will heal from," the Beta was smiling at her Prince, "I must have smelt strongly of you. I hadn't been in position long before a blonde haired female Alpha tried to attack me. Please don't cry, I'll be ok."

Izuku had been trying his best to hold his emotions together, but seeing his friend on the small cot bed, her arms and left leg wrapped in bandages was more than he could handle.
