I don't kill for fun nor do I kill to gain something in return. All my life, I have been put on this crooked plank I have to walk through or else I will someday be mercilessly killed by father.

I kill because I was forced to do it. Not once have I felt rejoicing over the fact that I have committed countless of crimes throughout half of my life.

I only felt throwing up every time I had to slash somebody's throat or amputate some stranger's legs and eventually leave them to their own death.

I am sorry to say but father, mother. What you have created isn't an assassin...but a broken killing machine that's trying so hard to become and feel like a human.

"Y/n dear? What's...the matter? You can't be killing..us with those tears...dripping down your soft eyes." mother replied as she was lying down on her pool of blood after I have stabbed her.

Next to her was father who was sitting down on the floor with his back against the cracked cabinet. I managed to inflict a fatal wound on his upper body with the use of his old katana.

Father began to speak with uneasiness in his voice, "Y/n...you have done amazing. I have already accepted..that this day would come..as soon as I saw a vision."

"Vision..?" I said, soon connecting to his word as I realized something.

"I know you have..seen some visions from the future..multiple times already. It is your ability. We..have a similar ability that allows us..to have a glimpse of the future...that cannot be changed."

"So...you knew that I would kill you and mother? Then why. Why didn't you stop me??"

Mother explained, hardly speaking with a clear voice, "Your father...and I h-have decided...it's time for us...to l-leave."

"That doesn't make sense! Is this your way of escaping from what you have done to me and my brother?!"

"We are tired old people, Y/n. Y-Your mother...did plan on..supporting you a-all the way 'till...you have accomplished the goal...to b-become an assassin but looks like it's....impossible now."

"That's stupid! Basically, you just used me as your escape route! Why?! Why couldn't you just trick me again into thinking you do love me? Just like how you would always manipulate me, thinking that whatever you're saying is the absolute truth!"

"A-An assassin...would never r-reveal their true emotions..but maybe just this once, w-we could tell you the truth."

"Right. You created me to become the best assassin you could ever imagine, huh. Ah...and they have already kicked the bucket."

I sat next to the corpses of father and mother with the katana lying next to my lap. There, I was just staring at the two of them, inseparable until the very end as they died together, holding each others hands.

"Was it fun to use me to your heart's content, father?"

I was about to leave the place but then a tall man named Fukuzawa found out the crime I have done.

As he showed a shocked face but spoke calmly, Mr. Fukuzawa questioned what happened here. I told him everything.

I thought that I have already drained my tears but I noticed as I was briefly explaining to him, there were fluids running down my cheeks.
